Fully enjoyable tour. Guide knowledgeable as well as friendly and helpful. Great details given of the Jewish life pre and post war.

Best tour yet!!!!

Was a great tour of the Jewish Ghetto as well as the different synagogues and other buildings in the area. Our tour guide was amazing and did a fantastic job of keeping a good pace as well as making sure we saw everything and giving everyone an opportunity to take full advantage of the tour. Very knowledgeable and informative about the history. Highly highly recommend this tour.

I would highly recommend this to other people

A House of Light in the Holocaust

Our guide Eva took us on a 2 hour tour walk through Kazimierz, Europe's largest Jewish settlement, the guided us through Schindler's Factory. We learnt about Nazi propaganda, atrocities and the fate of those saved by Schindler. The Factory is best done with a tour guide, such as Eva, who provides context for the wealth of material. Eva delivered facts clearly and with compassion. She was very aware of making sure everyone could see the exhibits she was speaking to. We were struck by a very poignant fact from Eva - "the Nazis were Christian, but of course they did not like to be reminded that Jesus was Jewish." A must see for anyone wanting to understand the plight of the Jews and the Holocaust. Kazimierz knowledgeable and delivered the story of Jewish settlers in Krakow, Nazi invasion, and th

Too rushed to enjoy the museum

The history was most interesting and the guide was very knowledgeable. However, we were rushed through the Shindler Museum. So many exhibits that we were not permitted to read about or even see for more that a second. Very rushed and disappointing.

Maybe smaller group sizes?

We arrived at Schindler’s factory at 10am, however we had not read the information correctly and we were meant to be at the meeting point in the Jewish Quarter. We were allowed to join the group that had gathered outside the factory because there was space to allow us to do this. We just missed out on the guided part of the Jewish Quarter, however we went ourselves afterwards and we’re able to take the time to read and see things at our own leisure. We were given a headset so we could hear our tour guide, sorry I forgot to get her name, although she was truly wonderful and full of information. I did feel that the group was guide large and you really needed to be close to the guide to see what photos she was pointing to and talking about. We’re we’re in the factory for nearly two hours, I felt like I could spend longer there. I would definitely return, but I would not do a guided tour for here as I would like to be able to read the information at my own leisure, without feeling like I had missed anything. You must visit the Polish restaurant across the street from the factory, the Polish soup was amazing!

Excellent and worth it

Excellent tour with a really knowledgeable guide. The guide stayed with us throughout the Jewish Quarter section and then a large group joined us for the tour of the factory with the same guide. Having a guide for the factory tour is certainly worth it, you see and understand a lot more about what you are seeing and the rooms you are in. Having the Jewish Quarter tour really helped appreciate the history of the location, incorrect parts of the film schlinder's list and have an overall appreciation fir the experience. I would 100% recommend

Exceptional Guide

The tour and factory visit with ALS has been great!! He has been able to convey the whole story with great sensitivity. It's been 3.5 hours and it's been short. Definitely a recommendable experience and the best end to our stay in Poland
