This was so much fun! They worked around a scheduling issue one of our friends had that was out of her control and Eric was so kind and fun and took lots of photos for us. One of my very favorite things we have done on this jam-packed vacation and it was easier than expected. Highly recommmend!

I had the chance to do a solo Segway tour around Old Town Kraków, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. My guide, Tom, was outstanding—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Since it ended up just being the two of us, the tour felt super personalized, and I got to dive even deeper into the history and hidden stories of the city.
Riding a Segway through the charming streets of Kraków was such a fun and efficient way to explore. The city itself is absolutely beautiful, and seeing it at my own pace with a dedicated guide made it even more special.

We booked the 2hour Segway Old town tour.
The meeting point was easy to find. We had a short tutorial on the Segways which was more than enough. Easy to use.
Our tour guide was really knowledgeable and had great interaction with group.
Would definitely recommend and would book for a different tour if i was back in Krakow.

What a fantastic experience. A great way to see the city. As a first time Segway operator it felt a little strange at first but after 5 minutes you get your balance and are driving like a pro. The guide had lots of good information and was a fun guy to be around. If like me you were wondering if you should book or not, think no more, just do it. You will have great fun and learn a lot about the great city of Krakow.

Johan, our guide, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He easily helped me learn how to ride the Segway despite it being my first time, and was very patient with everyone else. A good time all around and unforgettable experience! Tip for first-timers: keep your eyes straight ahead and use your weight for direction.

The Segway tour was so much fun! The operator was lovely and the tour guide was fantastic, full of knowledge and genuinely passionate about the history of krakow. Me and my boyfriend left learning so much to pass on to people. He even offered me gloves as I forgot mine (legend)

Today we spent 2 hours on the Segway with Tom going around the local area and we had a great time! It was my boyfriend and I’s first time ever using a Segway but we got the hang of it very quickly once we were shown a quick demo before we set off. Tom and the other staff are very friendly and his knowledge of the history in the area is very impressive. We had so much fun! Thank you again for a fabulous time, we are so glad we done this activity during our time in Krakow.

We had a fabulous experience with Tom on our Segway tour, he was very informative and really gave us an insight into the history of Krakow. We saw places in Krakow we would never have found if we'd not gone on this tour. The Segways were easy to control, well maintained and fun to ride. Super fun experience. Unfortunately it was raining on the day, but despite, we enjoyed this tour. Guide was knowledgeable and patient as this was our first sageway experience. Would recommend.

It was my first time on a sedgeway and I did this with my 15 year old nephew. I soon got to grips with riding it and will definitely do it again. It’s a great way to learn and see a city. The reason for not giving a better score was the rep he took us on the wrong tour to begin with and after half an hour we challenged him and he rang the office and realised he made a mistake then we had to go back to where we should have been but I don’t think we got the whole experience as the time was not any longer. Also he seemed to be favouring the other clients and at the end gave them a discount voucher.

Being first time on a Segway we were nervous as to how we would get on , however so easy to operate and get used to, would thoroughly recommend this as a way way of exploring the old town, Thomas our guide was brilliant, informative and very knowledgeable about his city , we enjoyed it so much we went on Jewish Quarter tour the following day , again very informative. On both tours it was very apparent that we would never have seen and learned what we did , on top of that we had the Segway experience
