Istanbul Airport (IST) Meeting Point: After collecting your baggage, proceed straight ahead and exit through Gate 14 at the far end. Look for our team holding the SR25 sign; they will verify your name. Once confirmed, the staff will call for your vehicle, and you will be escorted to the car on the lower floor. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) Meeting Point: Exit through the main door and find the SR25 sign directly across from Columns 10-12. Our staff will be waiting to check your name and will then call for your vehicle, guiding you to your car on the lower level. This Ticket only included one-way transport. If you need return transfer please book us.

Dissapointed experience

We booked an airport transfer to our hotel in Turkey through Viator, but the experience was very disappointing. I initially sent a message to the provider to ask for the meeting point, but received no response. I tried to contact him again upon our arrival, still with no reply. At 1 am, after we had already exited the airport, he finally responded, demanding an additional 30 euros, threatening to cancel the transfer if we did not pay. When I spoke with him, I made it clear that I work in a travel agency and am familiar with the procedure: he should have confirmed the booking in advance or canceled it if it was an issue for him, instead of putting us in such a situation at the last minute. His behavior was completely unprofessional. We felt scammed and refused to pay the extra amount. In the end, we had to take a taxi to reach our hotel. I strongly advise against using this service due to its lack of professionalism and transparency.

Driver was 20 minutes late in picking us up for airport run at 4:00am. Then he was non-communicative during the drive. Had similar experience the prior day in cruise transfer.

They never showed up and getting throuh on phone and via chat was horrible. No answered chat. Had to call in USA to get someone who were not able to connect to anyone either. They put in a refund request. I ended up calling a taxi. Very inconvenient.

Bad experience

It wasn't a pleasant experience. I have reserved a taxi from the airport to yalova for 46 euros. I have received a text message on the same day of pickup telling me that there is a mistake and if I want the taxi, the fare would be $250. I have tried calling the operator, but no response. I have tried canceling the reservation, I got a message telling me that I will loose the 46 euros!
