The traveling people need to know: if, as we had happen, you have a lost bag and associated delay — even if you clearly communicate this with the driver — they will leave you and not even give a partial refund. I would not book with this service again.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify an important point regarding your transfer.
Our vehicle waited for approximately 120 minutes after your flight landed, which is significantly longer than our standard waiting period.
Unfortunately, the delay was caused by an issue related to your baggage and the airline. While we understand how stressful a lost or delayed bag can be, baggage handling is entirely outside the control of a ground transportation provider.
We operate more than 100 passenger transfers per day, and our vehicles must continue to their next scheduled services after the allocated waiting period. Keeping one vehicle at the airport indefinitely would result in delays or missed services for other passengers.
Despite this, our team kept the vehicle waiting for approximately two hours in an effort to accommodate you.
For this reason, we respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the transportation service was responsible for the baggage-related delay or that a full refund would be appropriate.
We always do our best to assist passengers when unexpected situations occur, while also ensuring that all of our scheduled guests receive their transfers on time.
Driver never showed up and was not answering neither calls and messages very disappointed and frustrating after 14 hours flight, never book with this provider I’m just waiting for my refund

We are sorry to see your review, but we would like to clarify that the statement that the driver never arrived is not consistent with our operational records.
Our GPS records confirm that the assigned vehicle arrived at the scheduled pickup location and waited for the passenger. Our team also made repeated attempts to contact you during the pickup process. Unfortunately, the passenger could not be located at the agreed meeting point.
For this reason, the service was recorded as a passenger no-show rather than a driver no-show.
We understand that travel disruptions can be frustrating, but we believe it is important to clarify the documented facts for other travelers reading this review.

From the moment we landed in Istanbul, our experience was absolutely effortless thanks to our incredible driver, Enes. He greeted us with a warm smile and helped with all our luggage like a true professional. The vehicle was spotless, spacious, and air-conditioned — exactly what we needed after a long flight.
But what really made the difference was Enes himself. He was not only punctual and courteous, but genuinely welcoming. He gave us tips on local must-sees, neighborhoods to explore, and even the best spots for Turkish coffee. You could tell he truly cared about making our first impression of Istanbul a memorable one.
We felt safe, comfortable, and already in love with the city before we even reached our hotel. If you’re visiting Istanbul, request Enes — he’s the kind of driver that turns a simple airport transfer into a VIP experience.

We booked this service 2 days before we arrived in Instanbul. Once the confirmation came the company contacted us via WhatsApp & gave all the information for the meeting point as well as how to get free Wi-Fi connection. The experience was very good & would highly recommend them.

Private car is there a bit of a chaos at the airport because you meet the company and then they called the driver for my property and you wait 15 or 20 minutes but in the end it all works. Taxi is may be less and have a flat rate so you might look into that

Nous avons attendu même pas 10' que le chauffeur soit là après avoir été pris en charge au chek point par une jeune fille qui nous a fait patienté pour que le chauffeur puisse venir nous récupérer
