Trip was extremely pathetic, I paid 42 Euros and cable car was included in my package but later i was told during the trip that cable car is not included in my package which was totally disappointing for me. Some of the other visitors with me who paid 21 Euros but still availed the cable car in their package.

You made your reservation yourself without selecting the cable car option. When you contacted us during the tour asking why you couldn’t take the cable car, we explained that your reservation did not include it. In fact, we even sent you a photo of your ticket to clearly show this.
Despite this, it deeply saddened us that you still left a negative review.
Furthermore, you mentioned in your comment that you paid 42 Euros, which is also not accurate. The price of our tour without the cable car is 35 Euros. We are an official and professional tourism company, and we take such false statements very seriously.
We wish you had contacted us again and asked, “How can you help me?” As always, we would have done our best to assist you.
We clearly explained the situation to you, and at that moment, you accepted it. However, leaving such a comment the next day was truly disappointing. It is genuinely upsetting. We kindly ask that you show respect to the people who work hard to provide these services.

We were told to be in the lobby at 8:20 AM, but the pickup was delayed by 30 minutes—time we could have spent having breakfast. The itinerary mentioned lunch, but it never happened. Instead, we were told we’d have “lunch” at 6 PM, which is far too late for such a long journey. When we told the guide we were hungry, he simply said we could grab sandwiches at Uludağ. Unfortunately, once there, the rushed schedule left no time for us to eat. When we did manage to buy a quick sandwich, the guide seemed dismissive, likely due to time pressure.
Near the top of Uludağ, we were overcharged €20 for two sahleps, which was shocking. While this isn’t the fault of the tour provider, they could have given us a heads-up about prices or recommended reliable places to stop. Overall, this tour felt less like a true Uludağ experience and more like a gift-shopping tour, as so many of the stops were at shopping areas instead of historic or scenic locations. For example, we were brought to the Green Mosque during prayer time, so we couldn’t even visit its interior.
The ATV tour was decent but overpriced, and the optional cable car ride we paid for turned out to be unnecessary. The bus drove to the top anyway, and given the poor weather, the cable car added no value to the experience.
Additionally, the inclusion of just one meal for such a long journey is insufficient. Transparency about the tour’s itinerary and focus is severely lacking. Had we known most stops would involve shopping, we would never have booked this tour.
To make matters worse, I found the behavior of the tour guide unprofessional. At one point, I overheard him using inappropriate language when speaking to his colleagues, calling them orospu çocuğu. This was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression.
While I understand the weather is beyond their control, the organization of the tour was chaotic and poorly planned. I’m giving two stars, but the overall experience was deeply disappointing. A clearer itinerary, better communication, and more respect from the guide would have made a big difference.

Uludag is amazing. The tour guys worked hard and were very pleasant. The only downside is the unending stops to hawk ATV trips, Jam, honey, trinkets etc. we understand the cost is subsidized but all these stops turned a 8 hour trip into 15 hours.

First of all they took us to a place where people can ride some sort of go karts at a supplement. If you are not interested, I guess not everybody goes to Turkey to ride a go kart, there is absolutely nothing to do and nowhere to go. Very squalid place. Then they took us to a Turkish Delight outlet where we spent too much time. Then to a jam place where, again, we stayed too long. Then we went to see a tree then to lunch (at 4pm), which was pretty disappointing. Then a bit on time on the mountain, going down by cable car. And finally a stop in Bursa, first of all at a gift shop. Then finally 30 minutes to see the tomb and the mosque. We got back to Istanbul around 10pm having spent most of the day in expensive souvenir places, which weren't mentioned in the description (they are mentioned in some other trips but not in this one, which is why I chose it). Never again

We enjoyed our trip to Bursa via coach, ferry, and Uludag mountain on the cable ride. The coach was comfortable the guide Mohammed was helpful he made sure the group stayed together and returned on the coach on time. I did feel the tour included a couple of unnecessary stops to various shops and cart riding which we could not take part in. I would have enjoyed the trip more if we could have seen more of Bursa city and its important landmarks.

The best part was that They dropped us on our way back close to our hotel.
The programme was quite haphazard.
For whatever reason they informed us after the booking that they could not pick us up from the Asian part of Istanbul.
Lot of time wasted on trips to shopping areas rather than historic places.

I was really upset with the vehicle provided.
No air conditioning was turned on.
I requested few times to turn it on, but he turned off after few minutes. Did not drop me back at the hotel, have walk all way to the uphill. Refused due to road closer was the driver reason but the road wasn’t closed.

This was not a real tour. It is a predatory scam led by a “guide” who barely speaks English, provides little information about anything historical, and takes you to a bunch of scam stores so he can receive kickbacks. You spend more time at scam stores than at bursa and Uludag combined. The bus is hot and uncomfortable, and the air conditioner barely works, and you have to beg them to turn it on. Bursa and Uladag were both terrific and beautiful, the cable car down to the city was fantastic as well. That part was truly memorable.
However the itinerary written is so wrong and inaccurate, not to mention the guide was also completely awful and felt more like a scammer than a guide.
We did not leave on time, the guide did not speak multiple languages so he could not communicate with everyone. A very important one was English, he couldn't speak more than a lick of it.
Not to mention how disrespectful he was just because some of us know that he stopped by 4 different shops to try and get us to buy overpriced goods you can literally find anywhere else for much cheaper.
This was also not 12 hours but 15 1/2 hours because of all the shopping stops. Be careful if you choose to book this. I met some others that made it worth it but overall if you got stuck alone with this guy, it is miserable, it really is. I did multiple tours in Türkiye and hoped to end off the last one really well but this one was not a tour but a one hour sightseeing event of the mountain.
To top it off, at the end when we were driving back to Istanbul, the guy had the nerve to ask everyone to give him 15-20TL for the tolls to scratch off 30 minutes from the drive. That is not our responsibility, what the heck? And they don't drop you off back at your hotel but instead anywhere between 5-20 minutes walk away. My phone was so close to dead and I was lucky that it had just enough battery to find my way back to my hotel.
I do not recommend booking this. The cheap price is a scam for a illegitimate tour.

Was a very wasted time ever. Too many stop at the shopping area. We just spent an hour at Uludag and had lunch at 7 pm (that’s dinner time not lunch).

Great trip for winter with great snow and good friendly operator. Just for the shopping where the bus stops are priced more than 200%. If you are buying from those shops then use google photo search to understand the actual price levels. Highly recommended tour.

Great day trip from Istanbul. Best part was the uludag mountain part, where we took ski lift to the top. The Turkish delight shop/factory was also fantastic with the best turkish delight i have ever tried.

When I booked this tour, my hotel was on the pickup list.. the day before the tour Company called they can not come to pick me up. What is the service! I have to take taxi to meeting point

Really advise not to do tours with this agency. Never picked me up at the meeting point, didn't identify as TAS TT, didn't say out loud Burs and didn't call my name. Really irresponsible.

The tour guide was tremendous and made it a fun day trip. The driver was extremely careful and diligent. The group; had a good time. The chairlift ride was great. The only down fall was how late we arrived back to our hotel.

This tour should actually not be organised at all. Allthough our guide was good, he could not change the fact that travelling time is all together 10 hours, with only 2 hours left to spend on both Mount Olympus and in Bursa. We would have loved to have more time there. The cable car ride was truly awesome.
Perhaps the unnecessary stops at the Turkish delight store and the jams store could have saved one hour of travelling time.

Our guide for the tour is Sabit. A very funny guy and knowledgeable. It was fun during the experiences and even had a lucky draw when our stop at some local selling local stuff. But will not make them at fault because of during beginning of the trip on picking other traveller in our group, we had to wait almost 40mins for the couple to come down to the bus! Ridiculous people when you know you’re to be pick up do check the time! Overall i would give Sabit a clap for his patience. Thank you Sabit!

Lo único bueno del tour fue el viaje en teleférico y el tiempo libre en la nieve. El resto muy mal. Aunque la recogida y el regreso al hotel fue buena. El guía era muy seco, desagradable y ni siquiera hablaba con nosotros. Todo en el tour era un negocio para que la gente comprara. Te llevaban a tiendas de lamparas y de delicias turcas con precios abusivos y los dependientes te asediaban para que compraras sus productos. La comida en el restaurante fue a las 18h pm (desde las 8h am sin comer nada) y encima fue arroz y un trozo de pollo y ternera, porque ni agua te daban. La mezquita verde y el pueblo otomano cerca de uludag no los visitamos.
En resumen, pasamos casi todo el tiempo en el autobús y las paradas que hicimos sobraban (como el árbol de 600años).
Evitar esta excursión.
