We had a wonderful full day experience visiting two distinctively different villages. The silk village is fascinating, getting to see silk fibers getting woven together and then handmade into garmets and scarves. Plenty of time to see the process and walk around the village to shop. The second village, Duong Lam is a picturesque rural village, where locals proudly invite you into their homes to share a cup of tea. It's an experience that would be difficult to find somewhere else.
