It’s a great experienced. We had an excellent tour guide Mr. Nam & driver Tam. Nam was knowledgeable & funny. We all love the little history story about VN, Hanoi & Ha long bay. I would’ve given 5 ⭐️ if the travel association or whoever in charge of organizing would do a better job to organize or plan on how many boat should be at the harbor of Tip top island (I think that what it calls) at a time, then it would have made our experience better. We didn’t even get onto the island to explore it because we couldn’t get to harbor. It took about 47 minutes to play bumping boats to try to reach to the harbor so we can get off. I wish we had the video to show it, but we were too seasick after many bumping boats for almost an hour. My daughter & my son felt nauseated & disappointed for not getting onto the island. Instead of having 1 hour to enjoy the hike & the beach, we had to fight with tons of other tour boats to get to the habor. everyone on the ship had to vote to leave beause we didnt want to be late to get back the city to fly out & also didnt want to play bumping ships for another hour to get off the island. hope the goverment travel agency would do a better job of organizing how many ships boats can get to harbord at one time.
