Excellent trip. The coach and boat very comfortable. I couldn’t do all the activities due to knee issues but enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the comfort of the boat. The cave has a lot of stairs. Our guide Tasy was very helpful and didn’t lose any of us! Highly recommend this company.

This was our first time in Halong Bay. We didn't know what to expect yet this was a great experience to get to know the rich history of Halong Bay and the places we visited. Our favorite spot was the Ti Top peak, which gave a 360 view of the peaks meeting the water and the horizon.
Hieu was very accommodating to our needs, including meeting us at our hotel, which was slightly outside of the Old Quarters. He was early and very friendly with our party. He was also very patient with the people in our group as we had some individuals that were a little complex.

Long day! our guy Jun was great he was funny and helpful. The day is long, the scenery was lovely but we have seen better clearer water. Also there are many boats with people so it’s crowded when you go the island for a swim. The highlight was the caves.
The cruise was great, I appreciate the communication from the tour guide. Augustine was our tour guide and he was great, he help us take group pictures and kept us engaged. They do have a stop at the bamboo fiber place.
This was a Ghetto day cruise. The boat "Arizona" with a statue of liberty on bow was a dirty mess.
The trip starts with a "Pearl Tour". Complete 💩 A guy yells at you for 5 minutes about quality of pearls and then they send you off into pearl shop for one hour. You are tagged with your bus so the group leaders you are with make commissions from sales.
That one hour and more wastedat pearl store made us rush through the rest of the activities in pure Chaos!!
It was not enjoyable.
The food. Omg. A cheap buffet put out for 70people. Not delicious to say the least.
The hot tub was filthy, half full, with cold water.
The bathrooms backed up and were unusable by the afternoon.
The party at night was a disaster. They put out bags of chips and fruit on one table for everyone to battle for. We never had oppurtunity to eat anywhere else so we were like wild dogs battling.
I wound up getting food poisoning from this trip! I have not had food poisoning in many years.
All the activities were super rushed and chaotic due to the lost time at pearl shop.
Make sure you know the quality of cruise if possible. Because this one was a disaster.
Dong was a great host, bus was luxurious. Scenery was stunning. It was a great day and I would highly recommend

Ideal trip for someone low on time but yet wanting to catch the best of halong bay. Every moment is fun filled and full of picturesque views. For the kayaking/ Bamboo boat part, I would recommend kayaking if no kids else the bamboo boat is after. Gets crowded. I would recommend carrying about 500000 VND in cash. A cpl 100k more if you want to tip well. Our guide Binh did an excellent job of managing the tour and explaining what was about to come. His fluency in English helped immensely.

Max was our tour guide for today’s full day tour. He consistently communicated the day prior so that we were aware of the time of pickup and any needed extra items.
The pickup was smooth and we started on our adventure to ha long bay. The bus was comfortable and had wifi which was a plus for my sister. The cruise was perfect as we explored multiple activities in ha long bay multiple islands from caves to the beaches. And Max ensured we were comfortable the entire trip. A must do when you visit Hanoi.

Mr. Tea was amazing. He picked us up on time and presented the itinerary for the day. He provided history of Hanoi along with answering questions of fellow travelers on the tour. Tim our tour guide was informative and friendly. Halong Bay is full of boats of tourists. It's busy. The cruise was lovely, the food and service was good. Loved the jacuzzi. There was a queue going into the caves due to the volume of tourists. It's a long drive there and back is long so bring snacks.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything—from the pickup in Hanoi to the drop-off—was well organized. The places we visited along the way were beautiful, and ending the trip with a sunset in Halong Bay was truly special. Big thanks to the organizers for that.
We were picked up in a very comfortable bus that took us from Hanoi to Halong Bay. The boat itself was clean, air-conditioned, and overall very comfortable. This was a well-planned, full-day experience that really covered a lot. Yes, it’s touristy—but that’s how this region operates, and it’s part of the charm. Our guide Ming was fantastic: informative, kind, and attentive throughout the day. I felt safe, cared for, and everything ran smoothly. The lunch was surprisingly tasty, with good variety, and the views along the way were absolutely breathtaking. The bus was clean and comfortable, which made the long drive much easier. Great guides. Good transport on a very comfortable mini bus. Good activities. For the number of people on the boat they could have cooked more food for lunch and. Nowhere near enough even snacks. Many people didn’t even get to have any of the snacks due to there being only a small amount. This was my only issue so I would definitely still recommend the tour

The guide we had (Duc) was excellent! He did such a good job and was very informative, knoweldgable and friendly. We would definitely recommend him. The whole process of this tour was seamless. Worked out so well. The only drawback were the crowds! So many tour companies do this same experience. Also the food was beautiful to look at as a pretty buffet but was very average tasting somehow. We are not picky but the food was not great. We are still giving this 5 stars because overall it was a great experience. They took good care of us. Our tour guide Duc was so good and Ha Long Bay is spectacular! It's worth seeing.

It’s a very well organized adventure for the whole day. It takes about 3 hours to get there. They make a stop in a lovely pearl factory on the way. No obligation to buy anything. Then they transfer you to a boat and your journey begins. Highly recommended!

We were very excited about the cruise being the starting leg of our vietnam exploration. To start with, the pick up was late and we waited for 25 to 30 min for the bus to arrive. The tour guide (oliver) was well conversent in english, however he missed the basic aspect of being a guide. During the caves exploration he was with 20% of the entire group and did not bother to make sure the other folks would also want to know details about the caves.
Cruise was a good one with good food however cannot understand the restrictiom around having our own drinks on the cruise. I would suggest you carry water in our glass or metal bottles instead of purchasing expensive water and drinks.
Kayaking experience was wonderful, however the guide constantly discouraged about kayaking. May be because he started late and was in a rush. Again for the last island visit, the tour guide was missing in action for the hike. So please make sure you get better assistance from cozy travels.

Ha Long Bay is awesome and well worth the trip! The best part of the tour was the boat ride where it’s peaceful and you can take in the sites. A note though-it’s all very crowded so just prepare yourself for that. Minh our guide was so great and made the tour even better!
