Great tour

My husband and I were very happy with the tour. We went to Sung Sot Cave, Hang Luon Cave and Tip Top Island. The activities including traveling time lasted for 12 hours. Our tourist guide was very organized in planning the activities. However, the pick up time from our hotel wasn’t informed till the late afternoon before the tour started on the next day. Less than 24 hours of notice which we weren’t sure the tour would have to be kicked off. That’s the only thing needs to be improved.

Our guide LEE was very thoughtful and helpful, providing us with all necessary information and aspects of the tour, making it special!hos professionalism astonished us, taking consideration that, not only arranged details and the tour itself, but he gathered all participants in a smooth way from the hotels towards the bus, under very heavy traffic conditions, being each time one step ahead of participants, driving us safely on board!
