Very disappointed in this service. Our vehicle was not clean. Our driver loaded our bags then smoked Thuoc Lao before we departed the airport. We stopped at a rest stop but no one in our family needed to stop, our driver went to the toilet and got a drink. Our driver stopped on the side of the expressway and left the vehicle with no explanation. We realised after he was gone for 5-10minutes he walked back to pay a toll.

Dear Tracie, We are so sorry to hear this. As a resposible operator, we have been trying the best to bring our customer satisfations. And we also hope that you should share the whole story so that our potential customers will understand the situation. In deed, we did try the best to help you to fix your ride but it turned out that you did not recognize. Your flight landed 3.5 hours later than schedule because you changed flight without any notice to us. And our company vehicle had to wait 3 hours at the airport and could not see you. So our operations team decided to ask the driver to leave the airport. And 30 minutes later you called us to say that you were wating at the airport and so our team explained that our vehicle had left after 3 hours waiting. You kept asking us why not waiting for you more and you seemed to lose your temper. In that situation, we really did not want to argue more and tried to help you find an alternative vehicle of the same type. And finally we found one and helped you. Unfortunately, this vehicle were not as good as you expected. As a professional provider, we feel sorry about it. However, we must say that we did try the best and it is not mainly our mistake. If you should have informed us about your flight changed and later landing time, then it would be much better. Thank you!
