Both the company and the driver herself were very easy to message and coordinate times with on WhatsApp, we were able to change our times very easily when we realised we needed to leave 2 hours earlier than booked. The car was comfortable, and the drive felt safe. The only downside was that there was this insane rattling noise that went for the entire ~4hrs which I luckily drowned out with my headphones - not sure what caused that, maybe a decoration in the car? The views are also absolutely breathtaking.
