Easy way to learn about Granada, hop on and use the audioguide! You coiuld never see this much so pleasant in such time. We also liked the open train wihich could go through all the narrowedt alleys!

Not really worth it…

At some of the stops there were very long lines to get on with no guarantee that you could- the bus remained full. The buses did not have the capacity for the number of people trying to use the service. If there wasn’t enough room you had to wait 30minutes just to see if the next bus was better (spoiler alert- it wasn’t). Then when I got on the bus and was pushed to the inside by other riders you could not really see any of the sights. The views you did have were just of busy city streets and ally’s. I’ve been on numerous hop and hop off buses in other cities because it is usually a good way to see the city and get around but this was my least favorite. After one trip around I figured it was easier just walking around the city center and then using Uber or a taxi to get to the higher points in the city. It cost more but it was way more convenient and less of a waste of time waiting around.

When we arrived at the location, we were 'greeted' by the driver with a frosty reception. If he doesn't like his job or was having a bad day, no excuse to be angry toward your passengers!

Easy for getting around

Bought tickets online and had them on the app. Arrived at the stop and the young girl couldn't seem to understand how to give us paper tickets which we seemed to need to board the train. Why we couldn't just show the ones on our phone. Other than that the driver was fantastic negotiationg around the narrow streets at points. Beware there are two routes and we didn't realise this until it went right past the stop we wanted to get off at.

Getting to know the city

We really enjoyed the train it was a good way to see the city. It was very busy and could be tricky to get on. Staff were helpful. The hop on hop off ticket was great.

Stops are hard to find. The tickets from Viatour weren’t able to be scanned so we held the tour up. The driver was putting too many pieces on which made it uncomfortable. It wasn’t able to stop at some of the stops
