I booked a guided tour of the Nasrid palaces thinking that my entrance ticket to the Alhambra was enough, since that is what says on their website. The day of the visit, the person at the reception checked my ticket without reporting anything, but once there, impossible to enter: a specific ticket was needed for the Nasrid palaces, which was not specified anywhere!!! Result: €36 lost and a missed visit. I was able to visit the Alhambra, but not the palaces. Frustrating and poorly organized.
