Overview

Enjoy a hands-on way to discover Liguria’s storied cuisine during this gourmet, small-group cooking class, hosted in the resort town of Rapallo. In the morning, make your way to one of the town’s top restaurants, and be sure to come hungry. With your chef’s guidance, you’ll learn how to make traditional Ligurian pesto with a mortar and pestle, as well as several other dishes. My husband and I had a fabulous time! Cristiano was very knowledgeable and made our experience very fun and educational. The food was delicious and the recipes provided will allow us to recreate the dishes at home.

'Channeling' my grandmother who was from Ognio, and sharing cooking stories with my granddaughter was wonderful. The education the regarding the ingredients and making of pesto was excellent. Our chef was knowledgeable and we enjoyed all he shared about basil and the ingredients, where the best are sourced, etc. The prep of the pasta and vegetables, the complete use of all parts of the vegetables was informative. And the eating was Awesome! Thank you for an enjoyable time.
