Tourist Trap!

Trap!!!! Don’t use this experience!!! I paid prior to the experience and then they said we didn’t pay, even after showing evidence of payment. Don’t fall for it!!! They will ask you to pay twice!!

This review contains false information and does not reflect the real facts of the experience. The guest was clearly informed before the workshop that an additional €55 payment for materials was mandatory. This information was explicitly stated in the product description under the section “What is not included”. The guest completed the full perfume workshop, received the final perfume created during the experience, and only afterwards refused to accept the payment conditions. After the experience, the guest continued a long WhatsApp conversation with accusations and threats. We have saved all communication, including WhatsApp messages and Viator correspondence, and we will provide all documentation to Viator Support for review. Despite the situation, we proceeded with a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We consider this review defamatory, as it contains statements that are not true, and we reserve our right to take further action if necessary. Our priority is to protect the reputation of our professional and high-quality service

This experience was amazing! We were not rushed at all and literally spent hours there, which flew by! Nicci and Anisia were the sweetest ladies and made us feel so welcome. It was so affordable as well, that we made signature fragrances for ourselves and friends to bring home. Cannot say enough good things about this hidden gem! Highly recommend!!!
