Memorable cooking experience!

Amazing cataplana cooking class for our family of four! Doris was a fantastic teacher and made the whole experience fun and easy. We cooked a delicious seafood cataplana, then enjoyed it with wine and appetizers on the beautiful patio. Loved it so much we bought a cataplana pot afterwards to take home with us so we can recreate the dish! Highly recommend!

Margerida was a passionate and knowledgeable teacher that brought joy and interest in cooking but also the story behind the food. It was super easy to learn and pick but new skills while having a blast, definitely would recommend!

Worthy experience for range of ages!

Wonderful experience for my party of 15 (ages ranging from 14 to 86)! Katrina gave us a welcome intro and Alexandra walked us step by step through the process of using Cataplana to produce a wonderful shellfish and fish meal! We had a few lactose intolerant participants and Alexandra made some accommodations. After making the meal we were seated to some appetizers and white and red wine, then we ate the delicious Cataplana dish and a yummy fig dessert with fruit! Excellent and attentive Service (by Leandro and Diorgo) ! All in all: Educational Wonderful and delicious experience enjoyed by all!

Alex was a great teacher. We learned the history of cataplana as well as the "how to's" of making this traditional Portuguese dish. We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived. I recommend this to everyone! Thank you for the experience.

Amazing cooking and dining experience

I was surprised to find out that I was the only student in this amazing cooking class and that the class was not cancelled. Alexandra was an amazing chef and instructor who shared her knowledge of cooking and the history of Cataplana, both the dish and cooking pot. We made a main course seafood Cataplana which was very fresh and yummy. The restaurant itself is beautiful as is the upstairs cooking school. There were wonderful starters, a dessert and wine to compliment our main course. Would definitely recommend this class and venue.
