The dancers and band were good, but the staff was awful. They seated us as far away from the stage as possible even though we paid the same as everyone else. Despite saying they have vegan options, they only have a vegan main. No appetizer or dessert. Again, I paid the same as everyone else. The server insisted that the cream of vegetable soup was vegan despite it being called “cream of” and the allergen list saying it contained milk. She was super rude about it and said no one has ever “complained about” it before. I did not complain. I have a severe milk intolerance and would have gotten very ill and she didn’t want to take no for an answer.
The food was pretty mediocre according to everyone in my party. The dessert (which I couldn’t have) was clearly frozen. The same rude server offered “water for the table” that cost 7 euros. She of course didn’t mention that. Two different staff tried to me get to pay the same bill after I already paid it. Even after I showed a receipt that I paid. They interrupted my viewing of the show every time.
Do something better with your money. See Riverdance or something.

Traditional Irish song and dance with three course meal optional.
We thoroughly enjoyed the food and the entertainment with my husband being persuaded to try some dance steps...much to the amusement of everyone.
The music was very enjoyable and informative as Neil, who played Bodhran, explained the instruments origin.
All the dancers were excellent, all in all, a very enjoyable evening.

Nice food and good entertainment! The musicians were entertaining and a nice build up to the dancers.
We really didn’t know what to expect from this but we really enjoyed our evening.

This was a great evening in Ireland. The food was good and the entertainment was amazing! A must do if you are in Ireland!

Thos is inside quite a nice hotel, which has its positives, the food was of really good quality and there was a few choices, beef rib was outstanding.
However the downside was it lacked in atmosphere until the entertainment started, the seating is very structured and formal, I'd expected a lively pub type location/ atmosphere from the description. The clientele was generally older
I was concerned that my kids ( mature 11 and 14 yrs, well travelled etc) wouldn't like it due to its formality, but once the entertainment started they enjoyed it a lot. The dancers really are something else! Would recommend. Ps if you are going with others, make sure you do so on the same booking otherwise they don't sit you together ( although they did manage to accommodate us, I dont think it's a given).

They cater to groups so if you aren't in a group know you are getting served last and you Will probably get a cold meal.
Dancing and singing part of evening was a highlight.

What fun! The band was terrific and encouraged guests to interact. When the dancers came out we were mesmerized! This show is a don’t miss for sure. Oh, the food was delicious too!

We enjoyed this experience on our last night in Dublin. The food was delicious, the service was fantastic and the show was awesome! A great mix of live music and traditional Irish dancing - we loved it. My younger son even got into the act when he was called up to learn a dance! I would highly recommend this experience.

Food was surprisingly good for a large group. The band explained the music, the dancers made it look easy. Family atmosphere where you participate with the crew. Really good evening for the family

Had a great time the food was good and the band was excellent and the dancers were great first time to a Irish night would go again 👍 pity about the 7 euros for a bottle of water 💧

Dinner was chaos and we didn’t get drinks until after first course arrived. Second course didn’t come until other tables had finished eating even though we ordered well before they were even sat. Dancing is after dinner, they play a movie of Irish dancing while dinner goes on.

Here’s a polished review that captures your experience while sounding natural and genuine:
We attended the Belvedere Irish Dance & Dinner Show while visiting Dublin, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic and absolutely worth the money.
The evening began with dinner, where you could choose from three starter options, five different main courses, and dessert, which included a selection of three small cakes. Alcohol wasn’t included in the price, but that was clearly stated beforehand, so there were no surprises. The food was enjoyable, and while everyone was eating, they played a video about the history of Irish dancing and how Riverdance came to be, which was a nice touch and helped set the stage for the show.
Once the performance started, it was incredible. The three-piece band, featuring guitar, accordion, and drum, was outstanding. They were talented, funny, and kept the audience involved throughout the evening by encouraging everyone to sing along to the choruses of several songs. They even took time to recognize guests celebrating birthdays by singing “Happy Birthday,” which made the atmosphere feel warm and personal.
The Irish dancers were phenomenal. Their energy, precision, and talent were amazing to watch, and the audience participation made it even more entertaining. A few volunteers were invited on stage to learn an Irish dance, which created some great laughs and memorable moments.
Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Dublin. Whether you’re interested in Irish music, dancing, or just looking for a fun night out with a great atmosphere, the Belvedere Irish Dance & Dinner Show delivers. It was one of the best experiences of our visit to Ireland.

They changed me for wrong ticket. Waitress kept interrupting the show to come back to explain and correct. She wanted me to just pay the couple next to me bill like they were our friends. We didn’t even know them. I missed whole show due to her. I even tipped on that bill which I wish I hadn’t. It’s dark when they bring bill so I couldn’t read it. Just assumed she brought me the right bill. They should reimburse me for the show.

Fun & engaging! You learn about the instruments & the different dances. The vegan meal was good. Thanks!
S_W, Jun 2026
Contrary to the description provided, very few items are actually traditional recipes of Irish food. Regardless, the food was good and be prepared for small portions. The show was adequate.
Tyra_V, Jun 2026

One of the highlights of our family vacation. Even my teenage daughter laughed and had a wonderful time. Great food and amazing show.
CATHERINE_P, Jun 2026
It was a wonderful experience. Not only we saw the very talented dancers, we sang along. The musicians were also comedian, they asked participation from the audience, either singing along or dancing on the stage. It was so much fun
The food and the service was wonderful too.
The whole experience was also very reasonably priced.
Christel_D, Jun 2026

Amy_W, Jun 2026
Great evening with a lovely 3 course meal too. Selection of courses were a bit limited but nice flavours.
The people on stage singing, dancing and given banter to the audience were very entertaining.
An all round fantastic evening, highly recommended.

This was absolutely amazing! The dinner was slow but when we finally got it, it was all great. The show itself was entertaining and impressive. We highly recommend this dinner show.

Fantastic performance showcasing Irish heritage. A lovely evening with family to experience great food and great performance.
Natalie_F, May 2026
You are at table with some other people you don’t know but it could be fun if those people are like you !!
Norman_N, May 2026
Sooo, the actual dancing part doesn’t start until the end of dinner. It felt verrrryyy long. The actual dances were fun to see though. Especially when they got crown involvement. Also, the dessert was gross, tastes like someone went and got wholesale desert-slop pieces and threw it in a plate.
