Sam and I decided to do this tour to get a little history on Dublin. We were not ready but very appreciative of the honesty and heartfelt account of the surrounding area. We did not get the guides name but he was very informative. He’s a credit to this brave proud nation. Good luck to you Ireland. We love you and we will be back! Thanks for these memories xx

Its so accessible to all....easier than getting on a bus!
A lovely gentle way to view the heart of Dublin and learn in a fun way about some of our history.

Very good narrator with lots of interesting historical facts, etc. But the boat trip itself didn’t cover much of the Liffey River. We went west for a very short bit, then east for an equally short bit.

Fun ride along the Liffey…gives you a different perspective of the buildings you see while walking along the street! And our tour guide, Connor was very entertaining and funny!! Captain Josh was very personable, too! All in all, very enjoyable excursion!

Not much sight seeing offered , whatever you could briefly see from the covered boat.
The boat doesn't go long along the river, makes a U turn and bring back to start point.
Pleasant staff , nice commentary and singing.

It's short but informative. Not a bad experience. I enjoyed the narrative and would recommend it as an introduction to Ireland.
Deborah_D, Jul 2026
The trip was very interesting and informative. Unfortunately the tide was low so we were not able to sail farther down river. Learned a lot of Dublin’s river history.
Steve_L, Jul 2026
Really quick snap shot of Dublin's history from Vicking times and the rise of the tech companies at the docks
Laura_W, Jul 2026
Great tour on river. Interesting info about Dublin sites along river. Very enjoyable 45 minutes. Enclosed boat.
Steve_D, Jul 2026
Very pleasant trip. Sometimes it was a little hard to hear the PA over the engine noise. I would have liked to have sailed a little further upstream.
Lotti_T, Jul 2026
An informative boat trip with two very friendly crew members. Jerry and Terry’s banter was a bit hackneyed and seemed rehearsed, as if they’d been doing it for ages… which made the whole thing a bit cringe-worthy.
Stephanie_C, Jul 2026
