Comfy seats. Charming crew. Very funny and welcoming. It was really interesting! I learned loads. Just long enough for me, short enough for kids (11y). I'd definitely recommend it.

Very informative cruise, we are from England and was unaware of a lot of the history, so it was good to find out more about the history of your great city. Pat and Mark were a great crew and Pat knew his stuff. Very good tour, we would recommend to all. Thank you .

Sam and I decided to do this tour to get a little history on Dublin. We were not ready but very appreciative of the honesty and heartfelt account of the surrounding area. We did not get the guides name but he was very informative. He’s a credit to this brave proud nation. Good luck to you Ireland. We love you and we will be back! Thanks for these memories xx

The best of Irish Humour

Bonnie_M, Apr 2026
The Skipper (Jerry) and Guide (Terry) or is it the other way around? were a hilarious duo, showcasing Irish humour. It was all fun and games plus the short cruise on the Liffey was informative. The Skipper let me sit up front as if I was the co-pilot. I had a great time!

Lovely trip on the Liffey.

Last minute decision to take a boat trip. Nice & relaxed. Informative with a hint of amusement. Comfortable seats…

Go for it, fun and different!

John_F, Apr 2026
Humous and historical at the same time! Connor and Terry made it fun as locals that know the city and history!

Great tour

Connor and Mark were informative and fun. Definitely would recommend if you are interested in some of Dublin’s history.

Leg 1 day 3 of the grand tour

Steve_C, Apr 2026
A 45 minute tour up and down the river on a remarkably low boat! But the boat has roof windows as well so you can see really well. Get a seat on the back of the boat if you can and it will improve your visibility. An informative and entertaining host talking about eh history and development of the area over the centuries. I liked how the driver had to get on the roof to reverse the boat to improve their visibility. Good value.

Short but good

Greg_L, Apr 2026
Very informative. It was short but they disclosed it. Wish it was a little longer. Tour guide was funny and friendly.

The skipper and tour...

Rebecca_H, Apr 2026
The skipper and tour guide were both funny and informative. The tour only covers about half of the River Liffey through Dublin, but on the other hand, it is a small city, so you see a lot in 45 minutes.

A little underwhelming...

Brian_D, Apr 2026
A little underwhelming tour. Good info but the guide seemed to rush through and want to get to the pub. As we all did.

Disappointing - Could not hear anything

Joanna_H, Apr 2026
You couldn’t hear what the tour guide was saying. You could hear the safety instructions but the tour guide was too quiet. The couple sat in-front of me kept falling asleep. We also didn’t sail anywhere we just went forward and backwards a couple of times. I think the tour guides name was Connor.

Fab morning on the boat.

Comfy seats. Charming crew. Very funny and welcoming. It was really interesting! I learned loads. Just long enough for me, short enough for kids (11y). I'd definitely recommend it.

A short, informative cruise on the River Liffey. Crew members were entertaining, even singing for us!

Lovely ride on the River Liffey

MarySue_C, Apr 2026
This was a great tour from start to finish. The host pointed out where we could wait prior to the tour because of rain. We learned about the history of the river while viewing city sights.

Lovely view of city

Paula_C, Apr 2026
Nice short cruise, lovely view of city with interesting facts on local history. Only 45 mins, however No toilets on boad

Short but sweet

Maxine_R, Apr 2026
It was informative and you learn about the history of not only the chorus of Dublin bit of Ireland. The weather was great, and the tour guide mixed historical facts with humor in a very clever way, this made the trip more enjoyable. Only downside was the ship had to turn around at one point due to low tide.

Entertaining and informative, and amusing, too!

Teresa_G, Apr 2026
About an hour long, very professionally done, a good introduction to the city and certain historical places, people and events in the Docklands. My thanks and appreciation to Connor and Mark.

Great guide Interesting...

Michelle_S, Apr 2026
Great guide Interesting stories. Great way to see parts of Dublin that you might not see on foot. Good history about buildings in Dublin

Excellent commentary on a very comfortable boat trip.

Grace_T, Apr 2026
Sometimes the commentary was hard to hear over the engine noise. The trip was excellent. Very detailed commentary which was informative and entertaining. I would highly recommend this trip. The boat itself was very comfortable and smooth.

Outstanding

Daniel_I, Apr 2026
Great tour that's just long enough to learn quiet a bit about the city! Pat was a great tour guide. Would recommend.

Unique perspective of Dublin

Chris_B, Mar 2026
A different way to see the city. Things you will never see on land. Dublin as a port city. And some of its future

Gentle but informative...

Sue_W, Mar 2026
Gentle but informative cruise along the River Liffey. Knowledgeable guide in Connor and very smooth ride, captained by Mark.

Tracy_L, Mar 2026
Great guide...Conner, I think was his name! Interesting and entertaining! Quick overview of the city's history, especially the bridges.

A must see!!

Lauren_B, Nov 2025
Absolutely loved this!! We never knew about any of the history that we were told about, and the guide on the boat was so passionate about his home and his history, we were just all sat in awe of him the whole tour! Highly recommend!

Must do!

Kara_K, Nov 2025
Amazing way to see Dublin! Jerry and Terry the guide and skipper combine history with an Irish sense of humor to make for an amazing tour! It’s a quick 45 minute tour and definitely a must do in Dublin!

Fabulous experience

David_G, Nov 2025
Very informative, Guides were very friendly and made our trip a very enjoyable experience Great humour too. Thoroughly recommend this trip.

Worst tour guide ever.

Dora_C, Nov 2025
The Tour guide was horrible. A passenger was translating what he was saying in another language and he called her out on the mike and told her to stop making noises. He said he could not hear himself think. Horrible behavior. Will not buy tickets again.
