Brian was a fantastic tour guide! His vast knowledge of Irish history and the way he mixed in personal stories of his time growing up in Ireland made it a really amazing experience. The locations we stopped at were also lovely, especially Blarney. Overall, highly recommend this experience to any looking for a nice day trip.

Our tour guide Shay from PaddyWagon tours was just the best
You could tell he had a passion for explaining the Irish history and cultural stories related to all the stops on our trip
It was a long day but Shay had a longer day than us and never complained we about it.
He wanted us all to enjoy the day and all the stops
We loved all the stops but the Blarney castle was the best. Such a beautiful place to stop and I wish we would have had more time there
We really enjoyed this tour. Our driver was excellent and doubled as pur tour guide. He was hilarious! Also very informative and knowledgeable. We covered a great deal.of ground south of Dublin. We went to the Rock of Cashel castle which was amazing, the city of Cork and then Blarney Castle. The queue to kiss the Blarney Stone was a bit long for us but the grounds of the castle are beautiful and work a good wander around. Our driver/guide really looked after us well and this was a very enjoyable day.
This was a great tour of interesting sites. Be warned, it’s a long day with a lot of walking. If you are older it can be a bit of a struggle, but well worth it.
Great tour but i wish we had more time at Blarney Castle and less in Cork. Much of the time in Blarney was spent in line waiting to kiss the stone
The itinerary order was changed by the driver. There was not enough time at locations. The bus was in poor condition (the driver stopped multiple times to fix his mirror, charging jack was broken, wifi did not work). The driver and guide is one person. He had a number facts that were incorrect.
A long, full and exhausting day, but so worth it!! Do not miss this opportunity to kiss the Blarney Stone.
Very bad tour operator. Driver and tour guide is same which is risky as he was talking while driving. Driver / Guide was very rude and racist towards us. We can feel compare to the wild rover tour operator that this guide / driver was racist.
Very punctual! Once you leave, comfortable ride about an hour and half for a potty break. The driver mixed up the arrival times to the Blarney Castle with Cork in order to bypass several cruise ships. It made the stop at Blarney so much better. It was a 12 hour day, but the way he broke up breaks and landmarks made it very easy!
Was an excellent trip with our daughter and now son-in-law to be as they got engaged at the top of the Blarney Castle
Larry & Keith did a great job with a long day, and had such a fun time. I had heard on other tours that they don't give you enough time to kiss the Blarney Stone and still see the Castle, but that was not the case here-I got to do both. Lot of driving, but you see a lot so definitely recommend if you have this on your Ireland Bucket List.
This tour is well worth it. Michael, our driver, was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Let me start by saying that the bus was comfortable, the driving was good and the guide was fairly entertaining. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars and not recommending it, is because this is not a good tour to take from Dublin. 2 hours at Blarney Castle sounds like a lot but it isn't. When we arrived, we followed the Tour guide's advice and rushed straight to the castle to climb to to the top, expecting it wouldn't be too busy. We got there just around the 60 minute wait sign. At roughly an hour we at the last point where we could safely turn around and walk back down, before the narrow spiral staircase. We chose to turn around because we weren't confident we would make it back to the bus in time. Unfortunately we killed an hour waiting though and didn't get much time to see the rest of the grounds and the woolen shop which were highly recommended. The people that did make it to the top to see the Blarney Stone were late, but the bus driver did decide to wait. If you want to go to Blarney Castle, go from somewhere closer than Dublin and try to get there early. We then had 1.5 hours in Cork, which again isn't much time to see the city. We went to one market and then just walked around bit. The first stop at the Rock of Cashel was pretty nice though. All in all it was about 6 hours on the bus for 4 hours at the actual points of interest.
What a great day trip to stone of Caskel, Cork and Blarney Castle. Our Driver Gerry was great and super patient with the things out of his control on the trip. I wish we had more time in areas but with the same 3.people being late at two stops, getting stuck in a parking lot because of a bus accident and a ticket machine that was not working and would not let us out of the lot it was a good trip. The place to eat was great, food was yummy and ready when we arrived so we could try for a little exploring time.
Was happy with the tour the driver was very nice and told us everything that was going to happen on the tour.
My sister and I really enjoyed the sites. Our driver was interesting and had a great sense of humour. Would definitely recommend it.
The stairs up to the tower to kiss the stone are narrow and steep. Leave back packs and rucksacks in the bus. Expect to wait in queue for 20- 60 min.
The grounds and castle were wonderful. The only downfall was you had to be able to up 199 steps to the top to see the Blarney stone before you could see any other part of the castle. This would have been great to know before standing in long line.
The stairs to the Blarney Stone are treacherous. Steep, narrow , and many. To kiss it you have to lay down and over the side of the castle. There is someone there to hold you. The scenery is beautiful. If you leave from Dublin it is quite a drive up there. But worth it!
All the places look stunning. Thanks to the guide who explained every detail of these places so well that I thought I was attending history classes.
Blarney Castle was glorious. We enjoyed our time. Cork was okay, but we could've done without it; I wish we had more time at Blarney Castle to take in the scenery.
A good trip and wonderful sites were visited. Cashel is very interesting and a great example of the physical structure of Castle walks. Blarney was a great tour and the wait to " kiss the Blarney stone" was 15 minutes. The grounds at Blarney Castle are quite beautifully maintained. Finishing up the tour strolling around Cork was a nice completion to our tour.
Nice to see that part of the country. Places I had always wanted to go, and the trip made frequent stops, which really split it up multiple times
That there should be two lines to enter blarney castle. One for the kissers and one for people who simply want to see the inside of the castle. There isn’t enough time to explore the grounds and see the castle interior.
I was a little worried I would not be able to find the meeting point as it was a busy intersection not nearby any building. But their tour bus is clearly marked with their name and a colorful green logo so you can not miss it. The guide was very friendly and interesting. The tour is a full day and actually ran a bit long because of traffic so be aware it ends late
My mother in law was the person on the tour. She could not keep up with the walking portions and got left behind. She wound up by herself over three hours away from Dublin and we got her on a train to come back. I had to inform the tour company she was separated and never heard from them checking to see if she made it back and no offer of a refund.
Super!!! The only downside was a bit of confusion about the pullman location at the return but all great
We had the best time. Our driver/guy Seamus was the BEST!! We did 3 tours during our stay and this was the best by far!
Fun-filled day, with knowledgeable and entertaining guide. Gerry made sure the group was having fun, and gave some good recommendations for what to do in Dublin.
We booked this tour last minute due to some schedule changes on our end and we were warmly welcomed on this tour by our amazing tour guide S. Murphy! He was so bubbly, welcoming, informational and gave us such a fun experience! He played the best songs, made us laugh and was such an all around an amazing guy! Thank you for a wonderful tour and for being so accommodating with everyone!
The tour was exactly as described! Great locations and a fair amount of time at each destination. Alex did a great job both driving and touring us around.
