Brilliant storyteller, spooky stories and a guide who truly loves what she does

Our guide Kim did an absolutely fantastic job on the haunted tour. From the first minute it was exciting, packed with fascinating history and never boring. You can tell right away that she loves what she does and lives it. Kim is a natural storyteller. She keeps you hooked with her gripping way of telling each tale, and she adds just the right amount of humor to keep things fun. She answered every single question we had, and clearly knows her stuff. On top of that, she shared great tips for books to read and other places worth visiting in Dublin, which made the tour even more valuable for us. The story of the Olympia Theatre especially stayed with me. Kim is a self-employed guide working for a small local business, and it shows in the best way: this is a personal, passionate experience, not a generic tourist walk. Supporting small businesses like this is well worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who loves history, a good scare and great storytelling. Five stars, and we'd happily do another tour with Kim!

Do you like stories that are slightly deranged while also full of history? Do you want to see what lurks below the modern city? This is the tour. Ciarán has a fantastic company and this tour shows his passion for the history of Dublin that is uncomfortable, a little scary, but a true part of the cloth that weaves this cities long history. The stories were fascinating and well told. The areas of the city included iconic spots, as well as places must tourists would never travel to. My favorite part was the knowledge of Ciarán.. his time and effort into his research really showed. Highly recommend this tour!

If you like all things macabre and kitsch this is the experience for you! We had a great time with our guide, Spooky Susan, who was knowledgeable, entertaining, and fun. Much of her charm being that she didn’t take herself too seriously! We enjoyed the graveyard walks and the information about Dracula!

Best day in Dublin!

You should know that you will have a wonderful experience. Time well spent. My tour guide Emily bares the credit for the superb day. She’s was so professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. While we were waking and talking she made a point to make a personal connection with nearly everyone, if not all. I think she remembered everyone’s name by the end of the tour. I did two tours yesterday, and was fortunate to have her as a guide for both. As a solo traveler it was the best use of my time and minimal investment. Cheers! -Ron Hill

Great Experience!

We booked this tour expecting a cheesy but fun way to end our night. This tour turned out to be fantastic and the highlight of our day. There were a few scares along the way but we learned so much during our experience. The bus was wonderfully decorated in a creepy atmosphere and we got to sample a liquor at the Gravediggers Pub. We got another drink to go and they had decent prices and a good atmosphere. Our driver, Colm, was personable and made great conversation. The tour workers were also fantastic! Highly recommend.
