If it’s a Villa, please let us know the name of the Villa, the apartment number and the link of Google Map that our driver can arrive directly at the address.

Be sure you arrive to your pickup an hour before the trip starts. I’ve booked many Viator trips and always received a message the day before on trip details. Had reached out to the organizer the day before and day of via message and phone call with no reply until after the trip to reschedule for the afternoon. After the buggies and jet skis, we were suppose to zip line in which we paid for but they had stopped it. We were told “no one was there to operate it anymore.” So…be sure you get over there right away after you finish the last activity. I will say, the best part are the workers there!!! They were full of personality!
