Pickup is available from resorts in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Macao, and Uvero Alto. We do not offer direct pickup from residential areas, including Verón and Friusa. Guests staying in residential areas, Airbnbs, or private accommodations will be assigned a nearby meeting point for pickup. For hotels and resorts, pickup is from the designated hotel pickup area or lobby, according to each property's access policy. Some resorts may require pickup at the main entrance or an authorized meeting point. You will receive your exact pickup time the night before the tour. Same-day bookings are accepted and include transportation, subject to pickup availability. Guests may also choose to arrive directly at the ranch using their own transportation. Please be ready at the confirmed pickup point at the scheduled time. No-shows are non-refundable.
