Pickup is available from resorts in Cap Cana, Punta Cana, Bávaro, Macao, and Uvero Alto. We do not offer pickup from residential areas such as Verón or Friusa. In these cases, we will assign a nearby meeting point for pickup. Pickup is from hotel lobbies, not at the security gate. You will receive your exact pickup time the night before the tour. Same-day bookings are accepted, transportation included. You may also arrive directly at the ranch on your own if preferred. No-shows are non-refundable.
