Horrible. At this point they are saying they are offering a 50 percent refund because they didn't do a tour. I did it by myself. If I had counted on hem I wouldn't have seen Machu Pichu. I paid 269.10 and their 50 percent refund is $119:) As a 6'03 former cop from a major city I was intimidated by the people they finally sent as tour guides. I contacted Viator and informed them that I was very concerned that this experience would happen to a single woman and I felt something criminal would occur. I was physically grabbed by the guide who attempted to get me to get in car at 9pm 1 block away from my hotel when he caught up with me at the bus station. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!

Unfortunately in order to ask for a refund you should not exaggerate and be fair with what you say, if it was our logistical error in your pick up, everything else has flowed normally, your visit was scheduled for 11:00 am and the guide told you about this, and you because you were upset with the pick up did not want to pay attention to the guide and entered Machu Picchu without the guide, for your return the mobility has been waiting for you as it was scheduled, in the itinerary sent. but you simply did not pay attention and walked alone without taking importance and the guide has not grabbed you by force as you indicate, only indicated that this was your mobility. We have sent messages to you so that we can fix it but you did not answer the messages. There are situations from which we learn to take better care if we were at fault at the time you called us we solved the problem, providing the service of private transportation from Cusco to Ollantaytambo train station. in Machu Picchu we tried to get private guide but everyone already had the program and had no guide in English for the time you intended to enter. I am very sorry that our mistake in the pick up has caused all this, but it is not for you to exaggerate things, and belittle in this way, unfortunately we are not owners of the train and Machu Picchu and Machu Picchu buses. thank you for your comment, this will help us to continue improving our service.

Nice experience, though it’s a long day it’s worth the trip - the tour, starting from the pick up across the travel by train until the Machu Picchu is well organized and conducted, the best you can get out of one day!

This was an amazing time! Our tour guide Hamilton was great and we enjoyed learning the history behind Machu Picchu. The only thing that we weren’t aware of was that after the pick up from the hotel we had to take the shuttle and train without a guide so that worried us a little bit but the train personnel were nice and helped us figure out where to go and what to do. The transition from shuttle to train was with PeruRail so we didn’t have to go anywhere else as far as switching companies. Besides that little worry, everything was smooth sailing. Our guide also made sure we’d be on time for our rides back to the hotel. When we arrived to Aguas Calientes there was also someone waiting for us with a name board. Amazing experience and I’m glad we went with this company!!

Well first you have to fix the spelling..is Machu Picchu other than that the tour was excellent, the guide, the transportation as well as the recommendations from the people that were in charge of the tour were great! Transportation was on time and safe, the guide was very knowledgeable as well as the train and bus accommodations. Thank you!
