IMPORTANT PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS: • FREE HOTEL PICK-UP: We offer door-to-door pick-up ONLY from hotels and hostels located within the Historic Center of Cusco. • ACCESSIBILITY LIMITS: Due to Cusco's narrow streets and steep pedestrian-only zones, if your accommodation is in an inaccessible area (like parts of the San Blas neighborhood), we will coordinate a strategic, well-known meeting point just 2-5 minutes away. • OLLANTAYTAMBO MEETING POINT: If you select the Sacred Valley pick-up, our mandatory meeting point is in Ollantaytambo center between 08:30 AM and 08:50 AM (Exact Google Maps coordinates will be sent via WhatsApp). • ALTERNATIVE CUSCO MEETING POINT: If you are staying in an Airbnb or outside the historic center, your official meeting point will be at Plaza Regocijo or the main plaza by the fountain water, right beside the Inka Statue. • TIMING & PUNCTUALITY: Cusco pick-ups start at 06:00 AM. Please be ready in your hotel lobby or at the agreed meeting point. Our transport team cannot wait more than 10 minutes to avoid delaying the rest of the independent adventurer group.
