Left in Lobby

Left in the hotel lobby without any communication well past pickup time. Walked to their office where they said they were not going to operate. I should cancel…told them they needed to cancel so we could get a refund. They should no respect for our time or being left out of a tour of a lifetime. We walked to another agency who booked us a private tour at a very reasonable price. Something Eco Tour did not offer.
