Experience is not labeled correctly (Not private / Park entrance not included / 9 hour bus ride vs 5 hours)

The experience is not what is advertised by Viator. This experience is sold as a private tour and all fees included. My brother and I were on a tight timeline and booked this tour for this reason. - Upon pick up we were continuously asked if we wanted to do ATVs to the the top of Rainbow Mountain where we said no multiple times. We found out that this was because the tour group wanted to add us to a group verses a private experience. We said yes eventually because there was no one available to take us solo to Rainbow Mountain - The experience said that park entrance was covered as well. We had to pay the guide on the bus for each individual entry - We were added to a group tour where we were crammed into a bus for 4.5 hour each way. (The ATV experience requires a 4.5 hour drive vs the hike which is only 2.5 hours each way) Rainbow Mountain was amazing and I would go again I just would not book through Viator as the experience was falsely labeled

George was a great guide! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t have the greatest weather, it was still an amazing experience. Definitely recommend booking a private tour with George. It’s way better than booking one of those large group tours.

The horse ride was awesome, was able to enjoy the beautiful views before climbing the last leg of the hike. Our tour guide Gorge was great! We had a private car and he was very knowledgeable. We stopped to eat after the hike in a nice little place on the way back (water and meal was included). I would do this tour again!
