We will schedule the pickup based on your selected options for this tour. For the Car + Train option we can pickup in Cusco. For the train option we can assist with arriving to the train station in Ollantaytambo. If this is booked without any car/train option, the meeting will be coordinated in the town of Aguas Calientes. If no transportation add-on is selected, the meeting point for this tour is in Aguas Calientes. Passport information is required so we can reserve your entry ticket to the site. DISCLAIMER: Online tickets typically sell out months in advance but the Cultural Office in Aguas Calientes reserves 1000 tickets per day for in-person purchase. If online tickets are sold out, you will need to arrive by early afternoon the DAY BEFORE your tour to present your passport to reserve your ticket IN-PERSON. Your guide will meet you in Aguas Calientes and help you with this process. April and May 2025 are both sold out for advanced reservations and are requiring this process above.

PHENOMENAL!! Juan was extremely amazing guide who made sure that our experience was memorable. He met us upon arrival and escorted us to our hotel and the met us to escorted us for our tickets. He led us with priority to the bus for travel to the entry point. He helped to make this not only a very memorable experience but a pleasant one.

You should have your passport with you all time . You should arrive 2 days before intended day . Representative was waiting me when I arrived by train at 10 pm , showed me the ticket office and told me what time I should Q Walked with me to hotel Next day qued at 5 am , office opened at 6 am , got a token (53) in 30 mins and was told to come back at 2.45 pm Again in Q , by 3 pm office open again and got my tickets in 30 mins for circuit 2 classic 4 people connected with me , each for different part of process Tour included matchu P tickets, bus tickets up and down, guide You can do on your own or hire them for few extra dollars. Overall professional, and helped me to get tickets when they were sold out online.

Truly Memorable

I was guided by Percy throughout my visit at Machu Picchu and it was amazing. This tourist packed location truly deserves a private tour and Percy is the man for the job. I was taken to the best place for photos and Percy has helped a solo traveler like me, capturing many beautiful pictures. The tour was accompanied by some very interesting history and stories about Machu Picchu that I have not known about. Lastly, I want to add that the view at the top was amazing. I will plan for a hiking trip in the near future.

We had the best experience from the moment we booked this tour until the end. All of the staff involved in the coordination were accommodating, knowledgeable, and sincerely cared about the guests’ experience. It was obvious they really take great pride and passion about Machu Picchu. There were a lot of moving parts in coordinating round trip transportation (car, train, bus, tour) and they handled everything well. I would rate them a 5++. Highly recommend this company.

Der Kontakt zur Agentur war super. Sie haben sich um alles gekümmert: Tickets für den Machu Picchu und den Bus dorthin. Unser Guide Percy holte uns vom Hotel ab und begleitete uns den Ganzen Vormittag. Am Machu Picchu angekommen wusste er genau, wo die schönsten Orte sind, um Fotos zu machen. Er nahm sich genügend Zeit, um uns die Geschichte von Machu Picchu zu erzählen. Wir hatten tatsächlich das Glück, eine private Tour zu haben, so konnten wir alles viel individueller gestalten. Es war rund um toll organisiert und ein toller Tag! Zum Abschluss sind wir dann den Wanderweg zurück gegangen, was auch nochmal ein tolles Erlebnis war! Ich würde es wieder buchen!
