Horrible tour agency

Wouldn't give me an itinerary until it was too late to refund. Then told me I could get a refund if I contacted viator. Then they told viator they round refund. So I changed my flight to later to make the tour. Then they didn't show up. Horrible communication with the company. Ruined a whole day of my trip.

However, we are slightly concerned since We made several attempts to contact you in advance through email and WhatsApp too, including the night before the tour, to provide the itinerary and address any concerns. Also, you can find the description of the tour and departure time clearly. We understand your situation regarding your flight change, but as you mentioned you would not be taking the tour, we were unable to hold the reservation, especially after receiving the cancellation just hours before the tour departure. On 16th of June I was supposed to go to the excursion of Laguna Humantay-Cusco,Peru as I had reserved. A bus came to pick me up from my hotel in Cusco and after some time the guide informed us that we are going to another excursion (rainbow mountain). After informing her that the wrong bus picked me up, she and the driver told me to get down of the bus. It was 5 am in the morning in a big street in Cusco region where they just saw a car with somebody inside - not a taxi-just a car parked!!!- and they told him to drive me to the bus that I was supposed to be. They also told me to hurry up because they were running out of time! So I was in a car of stranger in a random big street in Cusco region and it was still dark. I insisted before getting inside the car to have a phone number that i could be in contact until the “taxi” driver gets me to the right bus. I was scared, alone, trying to contact my hotel informing them about what was happening. Finally I got to my destination but my whole day was ruined. Mega expeditions is the company with which i travelled. I had heard good stuff about viator and it turned out that i had a very bad experience and this incident was unacceptable! Fortunately I was lucky enough that nothing worse happened and I somehow managed to enjoy the excursion later..

Great trip, everything went smoothly. Though I was not able to make it to the top without assistance from a horse well worth the trip. If you are in Cusco for a few days would recommend fitting this trip.
