Jorge Elder was a great guide. He took his time with us, gave us a lot of great information, and overall history about Machu Picchu. He took us to a nice restaurant after the tour was over which we appreciated. We loved everything about the tour, the weather was perfect and the views were amazing. If you take this tour choose circuit C2, this allows you to see everything. The overall hike took about 2.5 hours.

First off the guy was asking me to change my travel date a day before my planned travel date. Then he booked the wrong slot for the entry to Machu Picchu due to which I had to waste 2 hours being humiliated by the officers there. The tour guide wasn’t friendly

Look no further. Don't hesitate. We booked last minute and doubted we would be able to get tickets. I don’t know how they pulled it off but they worked out the majority of the logistics for us as well as securing tickets. They worked magic and reassured us the whole way. It turned out to be a picture perfect tour with no hiccups. I tip my hat to this crew as what they did wasn't easy I know.

Journey to macchu picchu

It is a long journey! So be prepared for that. But Dennis did an amazing job at communication and making sure we were taken care of every step of the way. They definitely have a great team that communicates to make sure someone meets you each step of the way. For us, a driver took us two hours out from airport to the train station, and someone else took us 2 hours from the train station to our hotel for the night! So I would recommend having cash handy to tip since they definitely handle everything for you. (they don’t ask, but I am sure they appreciate it!). I even had trouble acclimating, as expected, as soon as we landed in Cusco. Our driver was kind enough to stop and let me use the restroom, and find water. He also offered me agua de Florida, which did help. When we got to Macchu Picchu, our guide Andre was incredible! He was so informative, both spiritually and factually. The spirit part made us feel closer to the place, it made us feel the energy and vibrations! I would highly recommend booking them!

I booked my tickets for Machu Pichu 2 weeks before my travel and by that time all tickets were sold. Dennis reached out and explained the process to get in person tickets by traveling to Aguas Calientes the day before. Dennis made the entire process hassle-free. When I landed in Cusco, he arranged personal transfer from Cusco Airport to Ollantaytambo, which the starting point of Peru Rail. He was booking my entire travel real time. He booked the Vistadome Observatory for the train, which is a must experience. My guide Ceasar was waiting for me at the train station and helped me through the tickets, even helped me to the local restaurants. Next day during the Machu Pichu visit, Elvis was my guide who was very knowledgeable and the tour was very smooth. Dennis then booked my train + bus back to Cusco. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with the tour. The tour company Cosmo Expeditions is very reliable and they go above and beyond to make your trip successful. Highly Recommended!

My husband was hiking the Inca Trail and I just wanted to do a day trip to Machu Picchu. I'm very glad that I chose this Viator tour. There were 5 other individuals on the tour and I quickly became part of the group. Jorge was an extraordinary guide. He was very knowledgeble and took great care of us by answering all our questions and getting us where we needed to be when we needed to be there. I highly recommend!

Machu Picchu best tour especially if you’re late to getting your tickets

DO NOT be discouraged by the limited number of reviews! Dennis and the team were absolutely amazing. I had booked two other tours with large agencies and both cancelled on me after about a week since there were not any tickets available to Machu Picchu. I spoke to Dennis and he was determined to get us our tickets. He was able to get us tickets 6 days before our tour date when they had been sold out for months! He also got us the best circuit (#2) and it was a very small tour with only 4 people including us. It felt like a private tour vs the 20+ people tours we saw while there. Do yourself a favor and book this tour!!
