Hermosa experiencia

Disfrutamos mucho el viaje, me parece que deben ser un poco mas ordenados con la organizacón ya que tuvimos un par de incovenientes, el primero que el guia nos queria cobrar doble las entradas a la montaña ya que no tenia la informacion, pero despues de escribir a nuestro touroperador se solucionó todo rapidamente, y el segundo problema fue el horario ya que nos pidieron estar en el bus a la 1pm para regresar pero sin embargo el guia llego a las 3pm teniamos 2 horas de esperar en el bus por lo que llegamos muy de noche a Cusco. Aparte de esto el viaje fue muy bonito y la experiencia tambien es un viaje hermoso

Mala experiencia con Viator

El autobús muy feo y sucio, el desayuno y comida de muy mala calidad y el lugar sin agua. No recomiendo viator pues nos mandaron con otro operador local.

Buenas noches Mónica, mil disculpas por el mal momento que pasó justamente con el restaurante que trabajamos es con los mismos pobladores ya que es obligatorio trabajar con la comunidad, lo voy a tener muy en cuenta y are llegar su comentario. Acerca del transporte mil disculpas, realmente es nuestra responsabilidad ya que cada transporte asignado tiene que cumplir su trabajo y esta vez no cumplió bien y que no se cual fue el motivo pero no les brindo un servicio adecuado por ello se esta sancionando a los trabajadores que están incumpliendo las reglas. nuevamente le pido mil disculpas.
