The lake is beautiful, but I found this tour company to be completely disorganized. To start, we did not know our pickup time until 6PM the night before, and we only got the information by sending repeated messages to the tour company, and pickup was 4AM, an entire HOUR before was organized. We had 3 people miss the tour because they were told the wrong time, so if you book with this company you risk missing the tour. Second, the bus was horribly uncomfortable which is a big deal for a 6 hour trip. Our guide, Jenks, spoke limited English and at the end we had to wait 15 minutes for him as we all arrived back at the bus before him. 15 minutes is a long time when you are 2 hours late already for lunch, we were miserable. We did multiple tours in Cusco, and this one was by far the worst tour company and guide.

Beautiful views - it is a long drive for a relatively short time at the lake. Highly recommend walking up on the ridge so you can look down on the lake and get a better view

A laguna é lindíssima, subida não é leve, mas vale muito a pena o esforço. O guia Oscar foi pontual, muito atento e paciente, acompanhando o ritmo dos que , por algum motivo estavam mais devagar. Café da manhã e almoço, com opções vem variados. Experiência maravilhosa.
