The place is very beautiful, but the operator in Cusco was a disaster. To start, they did NOT pick us up at the agreed-upon time at the Plaza de Armas at 4:30 am. We froze for 30 minutes. When we called to complain, they sent a taxi that made us meet up with the main transport, but having already spent more time, we did not have the chance to have breakfast. Apparently, despite having booked about a month before and having paid 100% days ago, they did not have us on their list, so much so that they asked us if we could do it all walking, not on an ATV, because apparently they hadn't considered us for that either.... they got the bikes anyway, but it always caused discomfort. We did the ATV activity; what was offered was 40 minutes on an ATV and 20 minutes walking, but it was the other way around, which also caused discomfort because I chose this tour precisely because it was the reverse and I suffer from my knee. Besides, they wanted to charge us for the entrance to the mountain, when the package had already included it.... The truth is it was one discomfort after another.
