Pick-up will take place directly at the passenger's hotel, as long as it is located within the historic center of the city of Cusco. The guide will contact the passenger between 5 and 10 minutes before arrival at the hotel, and will present himself at the reception to ensure timely and fluid service. In case the passenger's hotel is located outside the historic center, the meeting point will be at Plaza Regocijo, in front of the fountain.
