We were abit nervous about seeing sharks and things but once we got there we were told that there has never been any in the area. Had an amazing time and it truely was one of the best experiences we ever had done. The instructors were extremely reasuring and helped you every step of the way. Will be looking into more scuba diving frim now on.

We were collected from our hotel on the advised time and met the team at the beautiful dive location at Mononafitis beach, we had a half hour briefing on safety and the equipment we were using.
The instructor (sorry cannot remember her name) then assisted us to kit up and enter the water. We were a group of 4 with the instructor & her dive Assistant who both ensured we were comfortable and supported before we were allowed to dive.
It was an excellent experience of first time scuba diving which my partner & myself will be following up and obtaining our licenses.

It was one of the best experiences in Crete. Yiannis was very supportive and ensured the session’s pace adjusts to the diver’s confidence. We got to see so many fish schools after the initial training dives. Greatly recommended for folks who visit Heraklion. Truly appreciate the instructor here for making this a memorable experience!

The diving instructor was very nice and helpful. Everything felt very safe. I took the beginner course and it was very gradual, very reassuring. Perfect for a first dive. I absolutely recommend.

We had a great experience diving!
The communication beforehand was timely and clear.
We were picked up close to our apartment which was great. Then we went to the diving spot where we first got a short but precise lesson with instructions. Then we went to the water where we got used to the equipment before we went deeper into the water. The instructors were very friendly and listened well, which made us feel safe. This was important as it was our first diving experience.
We got to see some beautiful fish and also a big sea urchin. We went 10 meters deep and the water was very bright. All and all we had an amazing experience.
It is important to keep in mind that if you have any issues with breathing or other medical conditions you cannot go diving, as it is too risky.

The scuba diving was a great experience, definitely the highlight of our holiday in Crete! The diving team were great at explaining how all of the equipment worked, and really gave us the peace of mind that we were in safe hands for our first ever scuba experience. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel, and provided with water and snacks, making this whole experience a great value for money. Would recommend!

Chris and Sarah were awesome instructors and very patient with me while going through the entire process. They even provided me with some tips to improve my issues with the dive. Altogether it was an awesome experience that I totally recommend for first timers! Walking into the water from the beach was really cool too! I'm looking forward to next time!

My husband and I cannot rave enough about this experience! To start off, the communication with Yannis was always quick and efficient, which made for a super easy pick up. He made sure we were both fully comfortable before getting started, which helped calmed our nerves! Once we were underwater the experience was unmatched. We highly recommend buying the photos and videos after. If we’re ever in Crete again, we wouldn’t hesitate to do this again!

Incredible scuba dive. As first-time scuba divers, didn’t know exactly what to expect. The 2 instructors explained everything before entering the water, including techniques for how to equalize pressure in ears and how to use the equipment while underwater, and what to do in the event of equipment failure.
Entering the water, we felt very prepared and comfortable. One of our group members had challenges equalizing pressure, so one instructor helped with this while the other instructor showed the other 2 people in our group sights under the water. A few minutes later, all 3 of us and he 2 instructors were progressing further out and deeper into the water. We saw tons of fish, a black, spiky sea urchin, and an octopus about the size of a softball.
Segments of the dive were recorded with a GoPro and pictures taken throughout as well.
After the dive we were shown how to become scuba certified, should we have interest in diving solo in the future.

We were so lucky to find this experience during our trip to Crete. We had the owner of the company as our guide and he and the whole experience were nothing short of INCREDIBLE! As we are not certified and it was our first time diving, he spent time making sure we understood all of the techniques, equipment, hand signals, etc. and helped us every step of the way making sure that we were ok and reminding us to practice the right breathing techniques so that we could have the best possible experience. We were able to see a lot of fish - even some barracudas! Overall we are so grateful for the whole experience and if we are ever back in Crete, we will definitely do this again!

Einfach nur zu Empfehlen! Ich selbst hatte schon den Open Water Diver, jedoch 5 Jahre Pause gehabt. Meine Frau hingegen ist das erste mal getaucht. Wir wurden vom Instruktor Ioannis per Watsapp bezügich Konfektionsgrösse Tauchanzug kontaktiert. Ioannis holte uns pünktlich ab und wir konnten die Fahrzeit nutzen um einen 30-minütigen Instruktionsfilm mittels Tablet (in unserer Sprache) zu verinnerlichen. Fragen wurden kompetent beantwortet. In der Homebase angekommen, wurden die Gerätschaften nochmals vorgestellt bevor die Ausrüstung angezogen wurde. Die Lagune ist perfekt (abfällig, maximal 7 Meter tief) um Nichttaucher einzuführen. Die Atmung wurde nun im Wasser geübt, die Tarrierveste wurde während des Tauchganges ausschliesslich vom Instruktor bedient. Nach 45 Minuten waren die Flaschen leer. Ist genau das Richtige um herauszufinden, ob man die umfangreicheren Tauchkurse mit Zertifikate (wird ebenfalls von Ioannis angeboten) absolvieren möchte. Ioannis ist sehr empathisch und nimmt sich für alles genügend Zeit. Anfängliche Skepsis konnte wiederlegt werden. Empfehle diesen Ausflug auch für jüngere Personen. Meine 11-jährige Tochter hat den Tag genossen und kann nun abschätzen, ob sie weitere Kurse besuchen will. Herzlichen Dank Ioannis für den stimmigen Tag.
