Pickup begins earlier than starting time and drivers pick you up from your chosen location within the Chania region (including but not limited to Chania Town, Platania, Souda, Kalyves, Vamos, and Georgioupoli). We will email you with your pickup details-be sure to check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can meet the Salty Descents Dive Center in Kalyves. Drivers are identifiable by their Salty Descents t-shirts and minivans. Drivers wait no longer than 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. The pickup time is confirmed after you book. Pickup times may vary depending on your location.Please note that this is a shared transfer, so the pickup time could be slightly earlier or later than scheduled.

Excellent first scuba dive experience

I had a fantastic time doing the beginner's diving course at Salty Descents. Ioanna was a patient and capable instructor and she helped me to feel very safe and comfortable. After an overview of the equipment we traveled to the dive site and spent a wonderful time getting the hang of the gear and seeing the sights underwater. I've always wanted to try scuba diving, and this exceeded all of my expectations! I can't wait to dive here again.

A M A Z I N G! our instructor, Joanna, explained everything to us in such a calm and detailed way that it left us feeling reassured and confidence. She had eyes on us at all times but allowed us to roam within reasonable distance freely, she was so understanding, patient and was a vibe to have as our personal instructor from pick up to scuba diving and drop off. highly recommend scuba diving and Joanna !
