FOR GUESTS STAYING IN A HOTEL: ●For guests staying in the Northern hotel zone or downtown of Cozumel, the meeting point is Wildtours retail booth just in front of the SSA International Pier, at the Royal Village Shopping Mall. ● For guests staying in the Southern hotel zone of Cozumel, transfer service does not apply, as Wildtours is close to these hotels. In this case, the meeting point is Wildtours location. FOR GUESTS ARRIVING TO COZUMEL VIA CRUISE SHIP: ● If you arrive at the Puerta Maya Pier: Your meeting point is the Wildtours Retail Booth at the Royal Village Shopping Center. To get there, go through the pier terminal to reach the pier's outside sidewalk on Melgar Avenue and turn left, without leaving the pier's sidewalk, walk 100 yards past the traffic lights until you see the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone by the Royal Village shopping Center which you will easily recognize. Get across the street. The booth is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our representative will be waiting for you in uniform. ● If you arrive at the SSA International Pier: Your Meeting Point is the Wildtours Retail Booth at the Royal Village Shopping Center. To get there simply exit the pier, reach the outside gate and walk across the street by the pedestrian yellow stripes crossing zone, to the Royal Village Shopping Center. The booth is a few feet from the end of the pedestrian yellow stripes on the other side of the street. Our representative will be waiting for you in uniform. ● If you arrive at the Punta Langosta Pier: Punta Langosta pier: Walk down the pier. At the very end of the pier you will see the escalators to exit the terminal. Before taking the escalators you will see a Playa Mia – Wild Tours Retail Booth. That’s your meeting point.
Itinerary
Remember to bring closed-toe shoes, which are required for safety: They’re also available to rent if you don’t have a pair with you. You might also want to bring a change of clothes as you will get muddy: There are lockers available to rent.
Don your provided helmet, goggles, and dustproof bandana, and learn the simple and intuitive controls from your guide, before you follow them through the jungle. You’ll ride solo or as a pair depending on the option you’ve selected.
After navigating a thrilling series of trails, arrive at Jade Cenote, a type of deep swimming hole found within caves. Swim beneath stalactites before returning back to base, where transport awaits to bring you back to your starting point.

- For an ATV DOUBLE the minimum age is 8 years old as a rider/ 4 feet tall.
- All driver’s must posses a valid driver’s license
- Maximum weight is 320 lbs (145 kg) per person
- All guests need to have closed toe shoes to participate
- We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes, bathing suit, sunglasses and a hat. Bring cash, credit cards, towel and a change of clothes.
- For safety reasons no cameras are allowed in the tour
- All participants must sign a waiver
- Zero tolerance for reckless driving that can put any of the guests at risk
- All participants must be: in good health and self-sufficient
- Participants must comply with all of the instructions given by the guide
- This tour is not allowed for people under the influence of alcohol, drugs (including prescription medications), pregnant and nursing women, guests with medical conditions such as back, neck, joint or muscular injuries, heart conditions, surgeries or people affected by some kind of permanent sequelae after a trauma in terms of sensibility, vision, and/or physical appearance , (tour operator on-site will be taken into consideration all restrictions mentioned in the final assessment to allowed or denied the participation on the tour).
- Guests with any limitations on motor skills that involve any type of movement or coordination of the arms, legs, and other large body parts.
- Wild Tours reserves the right to deny the service to any guest that shows any sign of having consumed alcohol prior the tour departure.
- here is a zero tolerance policy for drivers under the influence of any substance.
- Driving licenses not permitted: junior, learner or graduate driver license
- The Maximum age is 70 years old to participate.

- Guests must follow the safety measures from the staff to avoid Covid-19
- Staff will remind guests to keep physical distance during reception and brief.
- Health screening of guest at the check in will be made through a quick test including temperature checking, any guest showing symptoms of respiratory illness, such as coughing, and sneezing will be excluded from the tour.
- Each guest will be asked to sign a declaration of health upon arrival.
- We will allow healthy people to enjoy the tour; the staff will encourage guests to use a face mask/face covering upon arrival. Due to local government policies, the use of face mask/face covering is mandatory.
- Guests must wear face mask/face coverings in common areas, near other guests, and when interacting with the staff. Due to local government policies, the use of face mask/face covering is mandatory
- The staff will provide each guest antibacterial gel (containing at least 70% alcohol) upon arrival.
- We will provide additional hand sanitizing dispensers help to reduce the possible spread of viruses and bacteria.
- We will encourage guest to follow the handwashing protocol and the importance of frequent handwashing with soap and water for 20 seconds before and after activity.
