Incredible experience!! Rudy and Victor were amazing, attentive guides for our ATV tour. They trained us well and kept close to make sure we were safe and taken care of. It had rained the night before so we got to slosh through giant puddles, which made it even more fun! I would definitely book this again!

It was awesome! Our tour guide and drivers were great. Check in was easy. ATV was fun and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Very fun but unsafe. We had several in our group get injured….one man broke his arm, one flew off the ATV and landed in a puddle of water with rocks on the ground and suffered deep cuts and bruises, another hit a tree. After looking at the pictures we realized the tread on the tires was nearly gone in some cases and everyone said the brakes did not function well. The group had fun but all the injuries made it an obvious bad choice for us.

Thank you very much for booking your tour with us. Regarding the incidents that occurred in the group, there were 2. Unfortunately, the people lost control of the ATV, which was the reason for those couple of incidents. As you saw, the tour takes place on all-terrain land, which makes it fun but at the same time requires a lot of caution. I will speak with the maintenance staff to check the brake failure you mentioned.

Great staff and transport! Really they were great. Equipment - A problem. The ATVs have issues. A wheel literally fell off the four-wheeler. At least it kept the adrenaline factor up! The four wheeler tires were balder than Pitbull’s shiny noggin.

Just had a great time , very safe , return back to ship on time , also our ride was great , I love to woods an rocks an all that was included on the ride , I am 62 years old an enjoyed every moment, including the mud holes !! lol

Unreliable and not worth it.

They never showed up to pick us up, hung up on us when we tried to call, then left the phone off the hook. Finally someone called us and agreed to pick us up. They drove us to a shady swampy area where they lived and we were the only two on the tour. We got eaten alive by bugs (note: bring your own bug spray), and we did not drive on a beach. Only through the swampy area where they all lived. I tipped them extra to thank them for not kidnapping my 9 year old and I.

We did not have any training. We were guided through lots of muddy water unknowing what was at the bottom of the water. It was an unsettling experience. I would not do this again or recommend.

Before each tour, every Participant receives a thorough briefing on how to operate the ATVs, what to expect during the ride, rules and safety protocols. Additionally, all Customers are provided with helmets and goggles to ensure their safety and comfort. Our Tour Guides are trained to lead the tours through the safest routes possible, even when conditions are muddy. We understand that navigating through muddy water can be daunting, and we aim to prepare our Guests for such scenarios during the pre-ride briefing. However, the excitement of riding through these conditions is a highlight for many of our Guests, adding to the adventure and fun of the tour. Furthermore, all Participants sign a Release Form (like you did) acknowledging that they have received all the necessary information and understand the rules and guidelines of the tour. This helps ensure that everyone is well-informed and prepared for the adventure ahead. We also want to mention that we have pictures and video from your tour showing everyone having a great time. These memories often capture the fun and excitement that make our tours so memorable for many of our Guests. Extreme Adventures!

Nice atv ride (about an hour) through the jungle and open fields. Guides were friendly and provided clear instructions. Atv guide even stopped to take photos and videos from my phone at no extra charge. Paintball field was setup nicely although it was just me and the wife so we went 1 on 1 but still had a blast. They included a small tequila and chocolate tasting. Never felt pressured to buy it but ended up buying some chocolates!!

I was to get a refund $89 for my niece who was unable to participate in the excursion, but it's now a week later and have yet to receive my refund was assured by the manager that it would be taken care of. Such ashame
