This was the highlight of our trip!! The staff were helpful and nice. My daughters and I had soooo much fun riding ATVs in the rain and mud. Our clothes will never be the same, but we had an absolute blast! Highly recommend this for everyone!

This was a really fun experience for us during our stop in Cozumel. Riding the atvs was fun, and seeing the cenote was very cool. Noah is a fantastic guide and made our trip very enjoyable! The tequila is absolutely amazing. The bottles are a little pricey, but it is the best tequila I’ve ever had, so we had to get some 😊

Great experience for our family. Booked later excursion at 1100, had tour by ourselves. Victor was a great tour guide with both navigating the ATV trails and history behind the caverns & EL Cedral. Was surprised by how much I enjoyed all the tequilas at the tour & tasting. Typically we are not tequila drinkers, but both my wife & I decided to buy a great sipping tequila. Our favorite was the anejo 7 year.

This was a great experience , I usually always book my excursions through the cruise so booking and excursion like this felt risky. But this was not risky whatsoever they were great with there communication and on time. Me, my friends, and family had an and amazing time on the ATVs out tour guide was great telling us the history of everything on the stops. The transportation was also great so they had us meet at a meeting point right when you leave the port and then we walked like 5 min to where the cars were parked and then they drove us like 25 min to where the ATV are. And we did the same thing going back to the port. Overall it was a great experience and I would love to do it again whenever I am in Cozumel.

Short but fun tour. Not a lot of ATV riding. 5-10 minutes to the Cenote - you don’t swim. Then another ride to the tequila tasting. It’s not sold anywhere but there and it is tasty. A little shopping and back to the base. Was only about 1 hour and 45 minutes and a 25 minute ride from the port to the place. We chose not to go to the beach and headed back to our boat instead.

My family of 5 had a blast on this excursion! Super convenient to our cruise port. We enjoyed the ATVs and the bats at the Cenote! High activity levels! It is very dusty so be prepared, but completely worth it for adventure seekers!

Amazing! I suggest that anyone that is adventurous take this tour. We rode ATVs, learned about the history, shopped, Taquilla tasted, swam, etc. The tour guides were amazing. Customer service and communication was impeccable.

Extremely disappointed with the Wild Jade Cavern ATV Tour. The entire experience was a mess from start to finish. Our group was split up, no helmets provided, which was alarming and the tour felt completely unorganized. We barely had any time to enjoy the beach, which was supposed to be a highlight. The Cenote was a long, exhausting walk, and when we finally got there, it was gross and disappointing.The "tequila tasting" was nothing more than a thinly-veiled sales pitch. We were promised pictures and video of the tour and they only took pictures of half the group, sent us a couple pictures and no video. Save your money and find a better tour elsewhere!

Hello,
About the tour from the beginning, months before the tour, our sales department contacted you to let you know that the group was going to be separated by your comfort and you agreed.
Second he was given enough beach time 2 hours exactly for his enjoyment the tasting of tequila was to his liking because we have a record of purchases from his group we do not understand then the negative comment on this point.
Third the way of the cenote is about 1 hour round trip is an all-terrain road if that bored you would have hired another excursion without problem 😉
Finally the photos are not included in our excursion we were kind enough to give you a souvenir for your group and I still see that it was not to your liking next time if you want more photos there we have a stanf for photography sales and without problem we send you enough photos.

This was our 3rd cruise but our first with Royal Caribbean and our first time to Cozumel. Booking this tour was easy and they were quite responsive with my queries. The meeting point was easy to find and our guide Alejandro was on time.
He's a young local guy who truly loves his country and job and it shows. He also was very pleasant and easy going with our two kids (5 and 9).
We loved the ATV ride and all the knowledge we learnt about the cenote and all the history on tequila.
Thank you for showing us a great time! We would highly recommend this tour to others.

My family had an amazing time. It was our first time doing ATV’s and the entire family had a blast. Alejandro was the perfect guide. The only thing I would have preferred was more time on the ATV’s and a little less time at the tequila tasting. That being said, the tequila was amazing.

We were very disappointed by this excursion. We booked a double seater ATV and got a single one. Our ATV kept bottoming out, which made it hurt to ride. We were also booked to get the chocolate tour and did not get that.

Hello, we are sad to hear that, but the decision of a double motorcycle was yours since before starting the tour we asked our clients how they would like to start the excursion: single motorcycles or double motorcycles, it was even offered that when they returned we could assign them another motorbike if you felt uncomfortable and you refused and wanted to continue the excursion on a double motorbike, also the chocolate tour informed us that our guide informed us that it was done normally and there was a purchase of it. Our guide was very knowledgeable and aware of our need to be back to the ship and our timing. Driving the ATVs was very fine and the Jade cavern is pretty awesome for adventure on a time budget. The tequila tasting, however, was not authentic, just be careful about who is trying to sell you tequila and Mexico. It was all harmless and good experience regardless.

As someone from South Carolina, I have always found that it is the little things that make a huge difference. Such as holding a door open for someone, returning a wallet, or even as simple as taking a shopping cart back to the buggy returns. It’s all about who you are when no one is looking. And I can say there is no one better than Alejandro, as he is a stand up guy. If there was an option for 10 stars I would give it. This is perfect activity no matter the age.
I was traveling with my partner (ages 36 and 46), our two children (ages 13 and 9), and my parents (ages 73 and 69). I can honestly say each member of my group had an unforgettable experience filled with lasting memories.
Now, being from the south, I’m always a little weary of people. But as soon as we met Alejandro, I felt at ease. We actually followed Alejandro in his car as we also had another group (from Colorado) with us that was riding in the car with Alejandro. This was a blessing because we didn’t have to all pack into a car with strangers… even though by the end of the experience everyone was more like “la familia”.
When we arrived at the ATV’s everyone got to choose to either share a ATV with a buddy or drive one theirselves. The children had to ride with a parent so I took my 9 year old and my partner took our 13 year old. Our first stop with Jade Cavern. It was BEAUTIFUL! The majestic serenity of this Cavern in the middle of the forest where it is untouched by man is something I will remember for a lifetime. The water may appear dirty to the naked eye but don’t be fooled. It’s crystal clear when put into a water bottle. Im hoping to attach a video of us jumping in for reference.
After the Cavern, Alejandro took us to a Mayan Temple and showed us around the small village. My favorite was the black coral market. We ended up purchasing beautiful earrings and bracelets made from the black coral on the island.
Next we traveled to a local taco restaurant and this is another 10/10! By far the best authentic taco’s I have ever had. Alejandro even shared his mango with us (which was amazing). This again, was something he didn’t have to do but did. At this stop we tasted home made tequila. All I can say is WOW! This is unlike any tequila I have ever tasted… it was so smooth and didn’t have the burn of normal tequila in America. We ended up purchasing a mango bottle. It was not hard at all to take on board the ship though it was taken but Royal Caribbean gave it back to us on the last night of the cruise. I assume it is a customs thing and they likely do not want passengers drinking anything but what Royal Caribbean serves (which I understand).
After eating we had the option to go to the beach but due to time and having another excursion planned we had to miss the beach. Alejandro did take us on a ATV ride around the town again before we left. This was particularly fun as Alejandro allowed my 13 year old to drive (with his mom on the back). I can not express how grateful I am for Alejandro to allow him to drive. As my 13 year old is very shy and was defiantly never going to jump into the cavern (but my 9 year old did jump). So I worried my 13 year old was not having a good time but Alejandro made sure everyone was enjoying themselves.
After the ATV ride, Alejandro took us back to our pick up location in Cozumel. This was very close to our ship terminal and made it convenient in all aspects.
When you are with Alejandro you are not just a tourist who is paying for a service..you are La Familia.

Alejandro was an amazing tour guide. He talked to us about all the different animals we seen and let us use his binoculars to view them.
If you book this experience please be sure you are an decent swimmer and comfortable on ATVs before booking. There are not any life jackets to jump from the Cenote. Minimal guidance for snorkeling. Alejandro held our stuff so we could jump and recorded us.
Alejandro will never rush you however you should keep track of time you spend at each place so you can make it to everything. Our excursion was 2.5 hours however I think it could have been longer.
Alejandro will drive you to the ATV ride so try to arrive at meet up spot 20 mins early. (5 min walk to his vehicle 10 min drive to ATVs). You only ride the ATV to the Cenote and tequila tasting. Make sure you are also comfortable with ATVs and follow his lead !!! If it seems like he is swerving its to help you avoid the big pot holes so, please pay attention.
