Location is very hard to find. Construction didn't help. Signs on the building would help. Introduction and training was good. Ride seemed a little short and through some very congested areas. Very friendly staff.

This was super fun! Our tour guides were fantastic! We were newbies but we felt completely comfortable riding after the training. Highly recommend!

Only complaint is finding a taxi. Tell them bacalar. Then they know. But the rest of the tour is fantastic. Edgar gave my husband and I private instructions since it was a first time. Made it so easy for us to get the hang of it easily. Also Isabella and Bianca were great. Did not think I would be able to maneuver through crowds but I did without a problem. Loved it and the tour. Highly recommend.

I have booked several excursions with Vivitar, but Jesus has been by far one of the best guides we have ever had. He let us go in our own pace. We were not pushed when we wanted to stop we stopped. We wanted to shop we shopped. He was very accommodating, very professional and very knowledgeable, I really enjoyed our excursion. He recommended an excellent restaurant for lunch and took us there and waited while we had lunch. We chose to do that rather than a beach break. He was very accommodating. Never acted like anything was an inconvenience tremendously.

You need to catch a taxi to the lighthouse. It is $4/person each way. They are outside the main gate. They don’t tell you that in the description
