We had a great time as a...

We had a great time as a family on this snorkeling experience. The guides were so friendly and helpful and took many pictures that they sent to us. We got an email right before the excursion that the location had changed, which felt a little sketchy but turned out OK. The taxi drivers were all confused by the address sent to us but we made it. They brought us to a little beach club to wait for the tour, which did feel like it was a coordinated effort between the club and the tour operator and we ended up spending a lot more money on lunch and drinks after we were escorted to a table to "wait" for our tour. Overall, the snorkeling and experience were great and would recommend.

Great experience

Daniel was our guide in the water and Javier our captain. Both were incredible. Daniel was amazing and so patient with us. The waves were a bit rough that day and he was super considerate to our needs. We were able to see fish, a sting ray and the icing on the cake the sea turtle! Thank you for a wonderful time!

Our family (ages 16-55) all absolutely loved this excursion. Directions on where to meet were clear right from the start. We loved that it was a small group of just our family. Although we arrived 30 min early, they were ready for us and started right away. We saw so many beautiful fish and even a few stingrays. David and Jesus took such great care of us and were so personable. What an absolutely great excursion. Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a fun surprise to see all the photos they included (at no extra cost - rare these days) afterwards. What a nice bonus. We would totally recommend!

Book this Beach Club!

Amazing time at this beach club! Was easy to get a taxi, only $5 per person which Gio will get you about the day before you arrive! We were provided amazing service and an amazing experience snorkeling from our Guide Jesus who made should we were good in the water and let us go see really amazing things like tropical fish, coral formations, and even a turtle! We ate tacos with fajitas which I thought were delicious! Also we were provided a very good list of open bar drinks that we were allowed, I had a great Pina Coloda and my parter had a good bit of beers! And the massage was perfect, very relaxing and the girls made sure to get very part of you, my advice is just take in the local sounds of Mexico and enjoy your vacation! Gio and the other woman were so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. I would wholeheartedly book this experience again! I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone and booked an excursion without the cruise line because it ended up being one of the best ones and not stressful at all!

We had an absolutely incredible time on the Mahahual Snorkeling Adventure: Turtle Encounter! Axel, Nigel & the Captain of the boat were outstanding guides from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, patient, and made everyone feel safe and comfortable in the water. They took us to the perfect spots where we were lucky enough to see sea turtles up close, along with beautiful tropical fish and the amazing reef. Their knowledge of the area and enthusiasm made the entire experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out was how much they cared about making sure everyone had a great time. They were attentive, answered all our questions, and made the trip fun for everyone, regardless of snorkeling experience. If you’re visiting Mahahual or Costa Maya, I highly recommend booking this tour and asking for Axel and Nigel. They truly made our day unforgettable. This is a woosah type of vibe

It’s all about relaxation, feeling the breeze and looking at the ocean. This is not a beach excursion per set, it’s more about relaxing. Take a book, get yourself a massage, sleep in the hammock and feel like you are royalty . We absolutely loved it. Serene and just omg the kindness of the staff!!!!

The weather was not the best but we decided to make the best of it. We caught 2 small fish and then lost a massive red snapper. We opted to skip snorkeling since the water was so rough, but the snorkel sites looked great. The crew was amazing, super friendly, and knew just where to go. We will be definitely be coming back.

This was an excellent experience. Cesar was a knowledgeable and attentive guide who pointed out a wide variety of marine life, including a spotted eagle ray. We booked a private snorkeling charter, and as a group of women, we felt safe, well cared for, and comfortable throughout the trip. The pricing was also very reasonable.
