Nohoch Kay Beach Club was where we were taken from the Viator meeting point outside of the expansive port area. It’s a long walk from the pier folks. We found our Viator representative who placed us in a taxi after a little chaos, but off we went on a careening, harrowing ride where the driver wanted to be airborne at every speed bump. But we arrived in one piece, only to have our “included” transport become a demanded $5 per person!!!! Not happy!!!
We were at the Beach Club at at first glance it looked disappointing. We were the only guests there at the time and we had a bad feeling. It seems desolate and untended with piles of seaweed at the waters edge. Did we make a mistake?
Mario then came out to greet us and couldn’t have been nicer. He showed us to our seats under our own personalized palapa, pointed out the facilities which were clean and well maintained and got us our money back from the transportation while a team of folks cleaned up the seaweed and suddenly, we felt very at home!!! Yorbean replaced Mario and saw to our every need….what we thought was a mistake became one of the highlights of our cruise!!! The food and drinks were great and were truly “all inclusive” as was the much less dramatic ride back to the port!!
All in all a great day….4 stars out of 5 !!

Transportation is good, but you will have to walk put of the port to meet your ride, but not that much further than other transportation. The beach club/restaurant provided excellent service. First row chairs with cover. Drinks and food were plenty. Massage option on the beach good value. There are alot of wandering locals selling trinkets which can be slightly bothersome because of the number of them. Beach is shallow and not great for swimming, but still provides a nice view.

Had a great time. Wish we got off the ship early, if cruising I would highly recommend getting off as early as possible.
The beach was clean and the staff was fun. I enjoyed many Mexican holy water shots lol I would go back in the future.
There were a lot of vendors that came by and a no thank you sent them away. Massages are available but are priced the same as US. My partner and I enjoyed the beach chairs and the water was nice. The water is very shallow but nice to just chill in. You need to bring your own towels.

Be prepared for confusion trying to find transportation to the beach experience.
Waters were very attentive and a pleasure to be around.

We were skeptical traveling bumpy roads to a sketchy looking beach club, but the friendly staff made us feel welcome and the shaded beach hut was comfortable and very convenient - just steps from the entrance. Service and drinks were exceptional and the food more than sufficient. The swimming area would be disappointing if that were our focus. But it was a relaxing day overall and only a 12 minute drive from the cruise port. If you have walking difficulties it takes a good 20 minutes to walk through the port village to get to the taxi area, then another 5 minutes to a parking area outside the gates. So a walker might be appropriate.

Never was able to find guides. They would t cancel our trip despite the ship being docked late around 2:00 for a beach trip. Not pleased.

The pick up point was well marked
And easy to find. We were met and placed in a taxi to a clean and lovely beach. The drinks and food were excellent and plentiful. The Palapa and chairs were comfortable. A wonderful day!!

There were 13 of us coming off a cruise ship. Aside from trying to find tge meeting place, the entire excursion was absolutely wonderful!! The service was awesome. Food and drinks were fantastic. Massages on the beach, vendors to do some shopping, kayaks, and a reef close by!! Everyone had a great time! We asked to be returned to the port in 30 minutes and exactly 30 minutes later our van arrived! Would HIGHLY recommend! Also, the menu of food was so big. We ordered sample platters and got a lot of food!!! A beautiful display of "a lil bit of everything"! And it was all delicious!

This is the perfect relaxing beach day. We enjoyed all inclusive drinks/food and reserved seating with shade and tables. We opted for round trip transportation to be included. The staff was very accommodating and arranged for our return trip when we were ready.

We opted for our own transportation, which was much cheaper than the all-inclusive package with driver that is offered. The taxi ride was $10 to and from the port. The experience overall was good just not what I was expecting for the price. This is definitely a beach break and not a resort type experience. It is a small restaurant and bar, which gave you access across the street to the beach. You do have your own private chairs and umbrella that are reserved and waiting for you which was nice. We couldn’t really enjoy the water because it was not very clear and not very deep. We went out as far as we could, and never made it past chest deep, so we weren’t able to really snorkel or swim because of the water. The food, drinks and Service was on point. They had a very strong drink drinks. There are vendors coming up to you, trying to sell you things but a simple no sends them on their way. They do offer massages on site for an extra fee which I did take advantage of since we couldn’t really enjoy the water. There are several small shops and street vendors located on the street that separates the bar and restaurant from the beach. Our server walked us down and showed us the ones that were reputable to buy from. Our server also called for us a taxi when we were ready to go, which took less than five minutes to get. Overall, this experience was good just not what I expected especially for the price.
