- This tour is designed specifically for cruise ship guests visiting Costa Maya.
- Your cruise ship must have a minimum port stay of 8 hours to participate.
- The tour departs from our meeting point, located just outside the Costa Maya cruise port entrance. Due to port regulations, independent tour operators are not permitted to pick up guests inside the cruise port facility.
- No port, no pay! If your cruise ship does not call at Costa Maya, you will receive a full refund.
- The tour lasts approximately 5.5 hours, including round-trip transportation from Costa Maya.
- The tour operates rain or shine and does not operate on Wednesdays.
- Bring a swimsuit, personal towel, and change of clothes.
- Biodegradable sunscreen is recommended to help protect Bacalar Lagoon’s ecosystem.
- Bring a hat and other sun protection.
- We recommend bringing extra cash for personal expenses, as credit cards may not be accepted outside the port area.
- Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are available upon request. Please notify us in advance of any dietary requirements.
- Guests 21 years and older receive two alcoholic beverages.
- Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.
