Bacalar was beautiful and our captain was friendly. But he did take us back to dock when we still had 30 mins left for our 2 hr excursion. (Had to tell him that we had 30 mins left so he let us swim near the dock area) We also had fruits that were included in the excursion but not provided.
So make sure you’re looking at your watch when booking this excursion.
The boat was really old and seats were torn.
Overall the water was so beautiful that we really didn’t mind all the mishaps.

First and foremost, it's important to clarify that our service IS NOT AN EXCURSION; it is strictly a private transportation arrangement. The boat tour you mentioned was actually booked through a different provider (that you requested help to find) for the lagoon experience.
Additionally, you initially requested a specific pickup time at the lagoon, which was promptly arranged to meet your preferences. There was no intention to shorten your boat tour; rather, we were accommodating your earlier request to be picked up at 3:30 pm.
It appears there might be some confusion regarding the mention of fruits. To clarify, fruits were never included as part of our transportation or the boat rental we helped you find. It seems there may have been some mix-up regarding the activities involved.
