Best jet ski excursion in Bacalar Lagoon, Highly Recommend!!

Highly recommended booking this experience! We had an incredible time in Costa Maya at the Bacalar Lagoon thanks to booking this excursion. We received great communication prior to date of our booking as well as the day of. We had a driver and guide waiting for us as soon as we exited the cruise port. Their directions made it easy to find them. We went on an hour car ride to the lagoon where our guide Jhonana gave us the history of Costa Maya and lots of interesting information. When we arrived to the lagoon Jhonana got us set up on the jet skis and took us on an adventure of a life time. Our teenage boys had a blast flying through the crystal clear blue waters as did we. Jhoana took us to a spot with a white sandy bottom and teal blue waters where we jumped off the jet skis and swam around while she prepared us a delicious snack and refreshing drinks that we enjoyed while floating around in the lagoon. We had 2 hours on the jet ski going at whatever pace we wanted enjoying a great portion of the lagoon. We were treated to yummy tacos when we arrived back at the restaurant on shore and then were taken back to our cruise port. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had the adventure of a lifetime. Our expectations were far exceeded and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
