Terrible. We were stood up by the tour operator who never showed up to take us on the tour and the customer service from viator was no help at all even after submitting extensive documentation that proved we were at the correct pick up location. This was my first and last time ever booking through viator.

We understand your frustration. However, after carefully reviewing the situation, our records show that the tour departed on time as scheduled. Unfortunately, you arrived at the meeting point more than 2 hours after the scheduled departure time, which is why no staff was present when you got there.
Out of respect for the rest of the guests and to ensure a smooth, safe return to port for all cruise passengers, we must follow a strict schedule. For this reason, we’re unable to offer a refund in cases of late arrival.
We truly regret any disappointment this caused and hope you’re still able to enjoy the rest of your time in the Caribbean.
