The experience was horrible! There was no one there waiting with “a sign with our name on it” as instructed. We had our reservation tickets with a map and where to meet and 4 pages worth of instructions printed out as well as the tickets in my Apple wallet. The contact phone number on the tickets didn’t have our reservation name or booking number. We fought with Nova “the company listed to contact” on the phone for over an hour and a half to get to a resolution and they wanted us to pay an additional $400 ON TOP of the $500 we already spent!! The booking company was not listed on the tickets and the tickets are non-refundable. I will never book through Viator again!
