Trying to find the boat...

Trying to find the boat was a bit of a hassle but most everybody at the port was willing to help us out. After a short boat ride we arrived at the island and were directed to the festivities area. I thought the food was mediocre but the vibe was really pretty good. The staff was always trying to make our stay more welcoming.

Beautiful romantic dinner

The setting was beautiful even in a storm. Would definitely visit again and check it out during the day. Could have more food options and was alittle pricey.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Don’t waste your time or money! There was no bonfire. Absolutely no entertainment. Just strays walking around. Menu was limited to what you could actually order and took forever. Slow service and hard to find meetup point.

A pleasant night on an island

Before going, read the details the tour company provides. It will give you the number of the gate where you are expected to arrive. It will also give you the amount that you are expected to pay at the port when you arrive at the gate. The ride to the island (in a speed boat) at night was lovely. The dinner was good, the staff attentive and the Dj takes requests. Guests from nearby hotels will also be there, not just the group you arrived with but there is plenty of space and you will have a lovely time.

This experience never happened. I booked this for my partner’s birthday and it was a disaster. They messaged on the day of to ask us to reschedule, which we did. On the new day, I reached out twice to confirm only to be told it will not happen due to the hotel having an event. Please save yourself the headache and book something else.

Wrong departure time.

The time on the viator website is incorrect. The site AND our tickets said 7:30pm departure. We arrived at the dock for 7:10pm and the boat had already left. After some digging, the local website for the same tour said a 7pm departure. We got a full refund but missed out on this tour due to Viator’s mistake. Very disappointed.

Very Good If All Goes According To Plan

Since this was an island experience, the trip started with a boat ride from the mainland. It was a fairly short, comfortable ride that most would enjoy. The settings on the island was beautiful, with tables spaced perfectly to give couples a private space but still be able to socialize with others. The music was also great, with the DJ, a lounge singer and a dancer on site to provide entertainment. The low point was the food. There was nothing to distinguish the meal from any other in Cartagena, and several options were unavailable so you basically had very little choice. I'm addition to the food, there were several power outages which would have been problematic for some, but each time it occurred, power was restored shortly after. With more available food options I would recommend this, otherwise a sunset cruise and dinner later on the mainland would be preferable for me.

Comida muy buena, los cócteles un poco caros ya que tienen un tamaño muy reducido. Cabe destacar que al final las mejores opciones de cena tienen un valor adicional
