We had a great time. Food was excellent and they gave you three choices to choice from. The staff was very friendly and patient. Check in was fast. Just feel that more dance music type after dinner should have been played. But it was relaxing and beautiful views

I booked this cruise to celebrate my sister's 10th wedding anniversary. For the most part they did not disappoint. The only thing that I would fix would be to make sure the dishes are warm/hot when served. I was happy that our waiter took great precautions with one of my guest food allergies. Other than temperature food was tasty.

This was our second time with this company. It was all around an excellent cruise. This is not a party boat, but some couples were dancing to the lively music. The food was good, the service was outstanding, and the restrooms were clean. All of my family recommends taking this dinner cruise while visiting Cartagena.

The boat was changed until the last few hours. The food was not the best for the price. $140. For my wife and me was too much. This should have been at least $70 for two.

Dining boat ride

It was okay at first! Fast boarding and pleasant service from the workers. NOW! Lets talk about food and package included in my order. When purchased the package it said half bottle person (wine) but it was lies . They only gave us 2 glasses and it was less that half glass. The wines are very cheap wines and taste horrible. Appetizers were cold and main dish was only thing I enjoyed. The about doesn’t go along the chores for Cartagena; they take you to the center of the sea and park and killed 1hr 30 mins there . The view is nice but i was expecting the boat to move along/around the city. But for the money i paid i will not recommend it.

Peaceful dinner on the water!

I wanted to leave a review as I had not seen one left since December 2024 and I was nervous to book myself but happy I did in the end! This dinner cruise is actually the Sibiarta dinner cruise line which is a well known & reputable company in Cartagena. They were very accommodating of my dietary restriction and were very kind. This is a really chill experience, overall our evening was very low-key peaceful dinner on the water. Thank you!

Great way to see the cityscape! Boat ride was smooth and enjoyable. Food was delicious, dinner options of steak, chicken, fish, pasta, or paella. They played fun music but not too loud. Plus a couple got engaged on our boat ride!

Americans Beware

I hate writing bad reviews and this is more of a warning than anything because I felt like they tried to take advantage of us as the only white people on the boat. We enjoyed the music and the nighttime view of the city lights, the wine wasn't bad as it usually is on these types of outings but the meal was really bad. I actually don't expect much on these types of excursions when it comes to food so I wasn't surprised, although saying we're getting shrimp & squid with rice and it comes out with mussels is pretty odd (and I hate mussels). So here's my problem: They passed around a drink menu and after a bit we flagged someone down to order drinks. My daughter ordered a Pina colada and he said that it was buy 1 get 1 free so I also ordered a Pina colada. They were pretty tasty, light on the alcohol as expected, but tasty nonetheless. With about 30 minutes left he came around asking if we wanted another drink and this is how that conversation went (btw my daughter took 4 years of Spanish in high school). Him: Would you like anything else to drink? It's 40,000 pesos for the 2 you had, if you buy 2 more it's 60,000 pesos. Her: So if we get 2 more the total is 60,00 pesos? Him: Si. So we ordered 2 more because that seemed a like a good deal, right? Then a woman came over so we could pay and she said it's 60,000 pesos. I gave her 70,000 pesos and she smiled and thanked us for the tip. We waited and waited and waited and finally I'm watching the bartender start washing glasses so I walked over to her and said we never got our second drinks. At this point she starts acting like she can't understand me. The guy that took the order came over and said no, that was a tip. Um, no. Who gives a 75% tip anyway but I digress. I told him no, you told my daughter it was 40,000 pesos for the 2 we had and if we got 2 more it would be 60,000 pesos. Again, he said no, it was a tip. At this point, I'm not trying to ruin our evening and there was only like 5 minutes left anyway so I told the woman to give me my 20,000 pesos back. Everyone else around us that ordered another round of drinks received theirs and we heard similar conversations of if you buy x more, it's x amount. I'm left with no other choice but to believe that he thought he could take advantage of the only 2 Americans on the boat. This is crazy long but people should be aware of the character of people who would scam tourists that way. It left a really bad taste in my mouth and it wasn't the taste of mussels.

This dinner cruise was such an amazing experience! The food was great and they had lactose free options for me! We rode around the Bay Area at night and the views were so beautiful. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were always available to assist us. We definitely want to do this again when we return!

Beautiful Dinner Cruise for our anniversary

We took the Dinner cruise to celebrate our anniversary while in Cartagena. It was the perfect outing. The staff were very nice. Prior to boarding the ship, the staff let us know the menu for the 3-course meal (2 appetizers, main course, and dessert) giving us a choice of the main course. The meal included a bottle of wine, where we got a choice of red, white, or rose’. Upon boarding, we were giving the choice of seating upstairs or downstairs. Our waiter saw we were celebrating a special occasion and seated us at the front of the ship. It was beautiful with gorgeous views. The food and wine were delicious. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend

I highly recommend this cruise. Great food, views, drinks, and customer service. Jordan, our server was amazing. I also love how accommodating they were when my friend and I missed our original date and time for the cruise. The organizers agreed to rebook us for the next day. We were so thankful. This cruise is a MUST in Cartagena. *****

Canceled

Cruise was canceled. But while we sat waiting for the ship to be fixed, they gave us food and drinks. When decision was made to finally cancel, we made 10 new friends and we all went out together on a party bus and toured the town drinking, dancing and listening to music that rocked us. One guy had planned to propose to his gal on the ship, but instead he was on one knee on the bus. We all went nuts..!! So... disappointed the cruise was canceled, and I'm waiting for my prompt refund, but the night was amazing..!!

PERFECTO! Black American Family (BAF) of 6 had an amazing time. Paid parking lot was close to the dock. Clean boat, clean bathroom, great food options and even better staff. Must do!!!

Great cruse with fantastic view . The crew is great and the food is good . Only small complaints I may have is I wish they would let you know how you can reserve particular seats as the best seats where reserves . Not that there really what you would call bad seats either . Also had a bottle of wine included but you may want to inquire if you do not drink any of that as any of the other beverages are at extra cost except water . But Still a amzing and beautiful experience

False Advertising

I, along with my wife and 3 other couples (8 people total), paid for 12 people because the advertisement said the criise would be a max of 12 people. We wanted to have a private experience so we bought 12 seats. When we arrived, there were more than 40 people on the ship, not including the 8 in our group. The workers were not helpful in explaining the mishap. The general reaponse was the advertisement must have been wrong. On top of that, there has been no refund for the 4 extra spots paid for. An overall terrible experience. I would not recommend.

The cruise was pleasant. It has good view of city at night however I felt we should have cruised a little more then we did. We docked for a lot of the time even if it was just sitting steady in the water. The food was good and the servers were nice. For the price it's a good deal and a good way to end your night in cartagena
