Bad communication and lost a day on vacation.

Paid and got confirmation. Upon arriving to the dock the Fenix desk was closed. After reaching out to the operator directly we found out the place was closed for 3 days. They suggested getting a refund through viator which we did. Bad communication through the platform and a wasted day on vacation!

Very well organized and was a great laidback experience. Couldn’t ask for a much better beach day. Meet up point was a bit confusing to find at first, but there are plenty of officials on site of the dock to help out.

My friends and I loved this experience so much that we did it twice, haha. It’s a very chill atmosphere and at many times, felt like we had our own private beach. Valentina (the main person who greets the boat) is so nice and helpful. She made sure we had towels, drinks, etc. This is not a party atmosphere and more of a relax and chill with your friends and listen to music atmosphere. Definitely recommend!!

This was one of the most wonderful, relaxing beach days! I would come back here anytime I'm in Cartagena. There are people who come to sell you stuff, and some of them are so fun to talk to. They actually make the experience more fun.

Pontos positivos: - O local é bonito - Ótimo passeio para relaxar (mas se você é muito agitado pode ficar entediado depois das primeiras horas) Pontos negativos - Local um pouco mal cuidado - Os atendentes não tem muita paciência e a comunicação é bem falha, por ex. pegaram o pedido de almoço quando chegamos, mas nunca disseram que poderia ser servido no restaurante. A desculpa foi que a maioria das pessoas preferem comer na praia, mas nunca foi dada a opção de comer no restaurante (muito menos nos ajudaram a transportar os pratos para o restaurante) - Vendedores ambulantes "cadastrados" vem oferecer artesanato o tempo todo (como em toda a Cartagena) - Não oferecem estrutura para banho ou quarto para descanso

Muy buena experiencia, si quieren desconectarse de todo por un día aquí es donde deben ir. En la isla no hay mucha señal para celulares y el WiFi no existe. Si quieren perderse del ajetreo del día a día y pasarla bien aquí es donde. El personal es amable y los precios no son caros.
