It was a great experience from start to finish. They started on time and finished on time. The view of the city from out at sea was beautiful. You got a complimentary drink along with a little finger food and lastly the music selection was great. Definitely a 10/10 experience

This cruise was as advertised. It's a nice size boat, it was a little crowded, but you could move around easily. They pass a few appetizers around and your ticket gets you one drink, but you can buy others very cheaply. They have upbeat music the entire time and it's just long enough to watch the sunset and get back.

The catamaran experience was amazing! It was an excellent trip, especially for families with kids. I was a little worried about how my daughter would handle the ride, but it was very smooth and enjoyable. She absolutely loved it, and we all had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling with children.

One of the best excursions on our visit to Cartegena. The boat was very clean and the crew was great! I was expecting snacks, consisting of chips or Chex mix kind of fair. However, I was really surprised to see empanadas, Fata, and Kimmie. It was so much better than I had anticipated. The drinks served were great. The music was a wonderful mix for all ages. Would definitely do this trip again when we return to Cartagena.

This cruise was absolutely incredible from start to finish! The views were breathtaking, and watching the sun set over the water created such a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Unfortunately I did not get to attend the tour. The tour operator called 35 mins prior to the tour and stated that the boat leaves at 5:00 when the purchase instructions say to meet at 5:00. The operator stated i would need to be there early, and my hotel was already a distance away, and the friend had a commute even further. It made it impossible to take the trip together. I arrived at 4:47, friend at 5:00. I was told that if I did not get on alone, I would be shown as a "no show" and the experience was unacceptable. I would change this with a refund but the person made it clear so they could say "no show" in order to keep my money. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this.

We are sorry that you were unable to join the cruise.
However, we would like to clarify that the boarding instructions provided in the booking confirmation clearly indicate that guests must arrive before the scheduled departure time, as the catamaran departs promptly at 5:00 PM. For this reason, we also make courtesy calls shortly before departure whenever possible to remind guests who have not yet arrived.
According to your own review, you arrived at 4:47 PM, 13 minutes before departure, while the second guest arrived at 5:00 PM, the exact departure time. Unfortunately, once departure procedures have begun, we are unable to delay the cruise, as we must respect the schedule for all guests on board and comply with port regulations.
As established in our booking conditions, reservations for passengers who do not board before departure are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund.
We regret that you were unable to enjoy the experience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the circumstances for future travelers.

The view, scenery & atmosphere was beautiful! Dj played great music & the captain & bartenders was nice. Some of the locals weren’t as pleasant to American tourists and the photographer as well. He took pictures of everyone but us

Catamaran is big, with space for everyone to sit comfortably, walk around and take their pictures. Drinks were ok. Crew was attentive. They play reggaeton and salsa music but this is not a party boat. Bathroom was not very clean. It was a nice way to close our trip.

A truly relaxing 1.5 to 2 hour trip to watch the sunset. There is one-drink (beer/wine/lemonade) included per person, but you can buy additional drinks (credit only). Simply stated: this is a relaxing cruise down the harbor to witness sunset. A nice photographer was on our trip. She takes wonderful pictures. Don't hesitate, spend a nice relaxing ride with your partner, parents, or kids.

Nice newish catamaran , 2 hour cruise around the bay. Cloudy evening so no sunset. One drink is included. The delicious snack were a joke, one small enpanada and on miniscule cheese finger. Come on man , you can do better.

The tour was enjoyable overall. We appreciated receiving a token for a non-alcoholic drink. However, since the tour normally includes a beer or a glass of wine, it would have been nice to receive an additional token to compensate for this, as alcohol could not be served or sold that day due to the legislative elections in Colombia.
The snacks provided were tasty, though the portions were somewhat limited. A slightly more generous offering would have made the experience even better.

Regarding the service of alcoholic beverages, due to the regulations in Colombia during election days (known as “Ley Seca”), we are legally required to suspend the sale and service of alcohol. These measures are mandatory and apply to all tourism operators, which is why we are unable to offer the standard inclusions on those specific dates.
